I wouldn't add that just cause what I have noticed in doing many projects like this is that simple is better. The simpler it is on everybody the more enjoyable it is. If we add all these different elements than someone will be have to be over that and then make sure it all goes right which will take away from what they are doing with their promotion. So I would just say to leave it out for the time being. I mean you can always work deals. I am always up to trade with anyone. So anyone can be made available at anytime. So I wouldn't worry about adding anything at this time and just see how the project goes right now.

I am going to say I'm very shocked somebody like Ambrose hasn't went to ECW. I think he would the perfect fit for that promotion.

Yeah same here man. This is why I started taking the guys I knew I would upset if I lost out on. Guys like Cole, Gargano, and Rollins all fit that for me. I also had to take Cena there, cause him not in the WWE just wouldn't feel right. So I had to take him and stop sitting on that pick. I will say this is kinda why I'm not bothering with a Women's Division just cause so many hands in that jar only leaves so much and plus it gives the other owners more options. I need to focus on Tag Teams but to be honest that pool is pretty deep so I would rather build my Main Event and Mid-Card then focus on the rest later.

I have to say I like the picks so far. I know my 2nd pick is going to shock but I don’t want to miss out on him. I do like the pace we are going though. I still hope we get our own sub thread though cause this project will need one so we don’t flood the armchair booking thread.

Also just curious are we going to get our own thread for this game like dawn of war and the soon to be defunct 1983 project has?

Yeah I meant to ask that same question also I went ahead and took my pick. I have no idea if we are starting now or later but my first pick has been made. I would say draft tag teams together as 1 pick makes it go faster and easier in my opinion. I did another project and a guy kept taking all the partners to everybody just because he could so teams were broken up from the start that should have never been broken up. I mean who wants to just write as Road Warrior Animal without Hawk for an example. So make them count as 1 pick to stop any of that before it happens. The only argument to not do it is if we are keeping a cap. So since we agreed to no cap there really isn’t a reason to have them count as two picks. I would say that for the tag teams it has to be teams that tagged for a significant amount of time, and are known for being a tag team are the ones who can be drafted together. The rest we can break up.

I’m EST, I work tomorrow and the day after from 2 to 10. I can use my phone at work though. So I shouldn’t be any issue drafting or anything.

Okay sorry I was at work just got caught up glad to see more people willing to participate. i am not doing a women’s division. I have no desire for one. Just my personal preference. Also as for injuries I’m good with whatever the group decides. I’m not picky.

Everything sounds good to me. I like the way this is shaping up to be honest. I don’t really like the real life injuries just cause I think that requires too much work to keep up with and you want people to have free reign. I think that it restricts too much, and would take away. I do like the idea of a random chance though. How you fairly do that is a whole other situation, but the random chance though is the better way to go over being real life injuries.

I like all of those. I think that is a good idea on the promotions. I think we just have people when they sign up pick the promotion they want. Basically first come first serve. Which shouldn’t be a huge deal honestly. if I get the WWE I can already say that nxt will be it’s own thing. Just make it it’s own promotion with HHH and Steph in charge of it. There is no need to do a divorce thing just have them run it with Shane and Vince over the WWE. Bringing promotions into the fold isn’t hard. I mean a backstory is probably the easiest thing to do for it. I like the idea of like a franchise player that automatically starts with your promotion. Basically for feds that are around now we can make it where you get to keep one person from that roster as your franchise player and that counts as your first pick. Then if you are a promotion that’s coming back to life you get to have your first pick be from the draft pool. Just a little expanding on your idea. i think this project has a lot of potential and can be a success if we get the groundwork laid out first and get a count of who wants in and what not.

Yeah I mean it makes sense that whatever promotion you are to build around that for your fan base. I think variety is something that will help the game thrive. I saw we get a more idea of that by seeing who else joins. But we do need to go ahead and put some rules in place of how the game will work and operate. Like what’s the roster cap? Authority figures? What I was thinking we already have the owners in place so if you take the WWE you get the McMahons cause anyone else running them wouldn’t make much sense, but break nxt to its own promotion and give that to HHH and Stephanie. Just an idea.

can I just add something. I don’t want to do real life injuries cause if we are already drafting a roster then adding injuries that we can’t control I’m not a fan of. Just cause it already handicaps some people like KO, Sami, Roman Reigns it already takes them out of the game when I think they should be used. also I mean let’s say someone takes Seth Rollins and then he breaks his leg on Raw. I mean it wouldn’t really be fair cause I wouldn’t put him in that position. I think making the rules as simple as possible is the key for this project to last long. If we make it complicated it would restrict others from wanting to join. Just my opinion. also with the draft. I mean you could easily make up a backstory for whatever fed you wanted and say they have some investor with unlimited resources so that’s why these stars are coming. If we are already doing something unrealistic like a draft why throw realism in there anyways.

I’m alright with either they both have pros but they both have cons. This is just my opinion. I say make a huge draft with promotions first and have it where whatever promotion you pick that’s who runs it. Honestly I would love to be the WWE but the fairest way to have that promotion being ran is to break nxt off and let it be it’s own promotion it’s basically ran that way anyways. So that way you another popular promotion to chose from. Also another promotion that could be fun with endless potential is AEW.

so how are we doing brands and rosters that is my biggest question. I think the fairest thing to do is a draft for promotions but first we need to figure out if we want to do current rosters or just do a draft with all talent out today that’s the most important factor in all of this.

I wouldn't worry about the dates. The scenario is what's important and the story behind it. I am immensely enjoying the story that came about and excited to where all it goes. I also am really enjoying the write ups that you guys are doing. Keep up the good work.

I would join up to this project sounds like it could be fun.
