  1. The ladder match was insane. The women's match was insane! Both made my database for sure. Loved the story of Basler-Moon with the shoulder work, the popping it back in with the ring post, Eclipse to the floor and the choking out using the hair, because arm was dead. Fucking loved it.
  2. I thought it was pretty cool.
  3. Like Gargano has to win right? I don't know how you can have his whole career so ruined by Ciampa and not have him get any revenge. He can win, then finally get the title by beating Amas, once he conquered Ciampa. It's really the only way to book it. Him losing would be the most depressing angle ever.
  4. I keep hearing this from every podcast and Coffey just said it, why does everyone hate Ember Moon? She's a completely solid pro wrestler. She's never had a bad match on NXT. She's had many really good matches on Take Overs, including some awesome ones with Asuka. I really don't understand this.
  5. NXT is just the best. TV builds up the TakeOvers so well. This card is stacked and what is scary is that the TakeOver's always over deliver.
  6. There. Corrected. With Stephy "Charity is good PR" McMahon at the helm ? Hum… The women aren't in bra and pantie matches each week on tv. Concussion protocols. Some what drug testing. Swann and Enzo are gone. There is a glimmer of hope, none of those things would had existed in the past.
  7. I don't watch ROH, because I don't care about NJPW. Them being run by scumbags sucks too. WWE is also run by scumbags. There seems to be some hope with them being less scummy in the future, but they are still scummy. Wrestling, movies, music, football, etc... etc.. are hard to follow if you want to avoid the scum. I think all I ask is that you at least try to not be obvious about your scum and if something comes up you do the right thing.
  8. I don't see how you don't have Sami/KO lose and have El Generico show up in the company with KO doing some masked interrupter for him gimmick maybe make him the new Friday?
  9. To be fair the new fan isn't saying Golden Lovers vs Young Bucks is the best match they ever saw, they are saying stuff like it's the best match ever. Same with Omega-Okada. If it's the best match you ever saw, fine. However if you haven't seen much, saying it's the best ever is fucking stupid.
  10. Yet the greatest wrestler ever to him is not Don Frye?
  11. Aren't the nazi Harris Brothers highly involved in this?
  12. Well.. we did a massive vote in 2016 for the greatest wrestler ever, the results say Bryan is clearly on that level. 9) Toshiaki Kawada (11784 points, 129 ballots, 13.19 avg, high: 1 – ChuckScumm, anarchistxx, AstroBoy, AndyLFC & anonymous; 2006: 2) 8) Kenta Kobashi (11898 points, 135 ballots, 16.62 avg, high: 1 – Alan Counihan, Lauren McKell, Marty Sleaze, Winged Eagle, anonymous & anonymous; 2006: 5) 7) Rey Mysterio Jr. (11910 points, 146 ballots, 20.92 avg, high: 1 – El Dragon, Zero & donsem43, 2006: 22) 6) Jushin Liger (12291 points, 145 ballots, 18.03 avg, high: 1 – BuryWindham/VicVenomBytes, 2006: 4) 5) Daniel Bryan (12302 points, 142 ballots, 17.63 avg, high: 1 – Danny Kichler, @jamesie_2015, ShittyLittleBoots, James Derbyshire, Venegas, Dan Rice, Quentin Skinner, Mrzfn & anonymous, 2006: 117) 4) Mitsuharu Misawa (13216 points, 137 ballots, 10.23 avg, high: 1 – Tim Cooke, Ismael Retana, Chad Campbell, Dustin Hales, Rob AnimalGlue, The Thread Killer, stunning_grover, Andrew79 & anonymous X3, 2006: 7) 3) Stan Hansen (13813 points, 143 ballots, 11.06 avg, high: 1 – Bill Thompson, Coffey, InYourCase, Childs, Devon Hales, overbooked, Stiva, KB8, Phil Rippa, MoS & anonymous, 2006: 10) 2) Terry Funk (14452 points, 148 ballots, 11.36 avg, high: 1 - Joe G, TravJ1979, Elliott, Laney, Grimmas, The Russian Daydream, PeteF3, Josh Ritter, Trent Williams, Kris Zellner, topropepodcast, ShipCanal, Jimbo Tsuruta, simen oem, John Steffy, Dr Ackermann, Jon Burr, Parties, victory, benjaminkicks, JAEDMC, The Man in Blak, El Boricua, & Dylan Waco, anonymous; 2006: 11) 1) Ric Flair (15261 points, 148 ballots, 7.95 avg, high: 1 - TheU_2001, Loss, Derek C, Moonsault Marvin, Tim Evans, Jerryvonkramer, BackToBionic, Paul Cooke, Woof, supremebve, anchor, mprice, Justin Webb, Cross Face Chicken Wing, Timothy Buechner, Steven White, Paul Völsch, Danish Dynamite, Shoe, Conker8, Fishbaugh, Ricky Whittenburg, Brad, Floyd, JazeUSA, MikeF , Badlittlekitten, & peachchaos, and anonymous 2; 2006: 8)
  13. Yeah, CFL is a different beast. There is few who really excelled at the CFL and NFL level. Doug Flutie, Warren Moon... The rules are just too different. If I was wanting to waste a ton of money on a football league, I would just give the money to the CFL. Do an 8 team league, same rules of CFL and make it like the NL and AL in Baseball and the top teams from each league face off for the Grey Cup. That would probably be your best bet, instead of starting something completely brand new.
  14. Can you just fuck off. I'm sorry, but pretending that rape culture doesn't exist is fucking disgusting and I want nothing to do from you, no matter how funny your posts are to laugh at. I am not blocking you, so I never have to see your posts again. Please stop being such an awful person.
  15. 205 Live is the best booked show in the WWE by far, and I like Raw/NXT. The subtle slow building Lucha Party vs Tozawa/Itami feud is freaking great. The video packages building up the main events make you care about the guys. Squash matches. Hype for next week. Great matches too. It's the best!
  16. I tried to watch the first Thunder......... 20 minutes, so much nWo and Nitro recaps, I didn't get very far.
  17. If he's cleared, he must be healthy. WWE flat out denied clearing him for a long time now, so that's great news. Hopefully he takes a light schedule though and stops doing the stupid flying headbutt.
  18. Kind of shocking. Weird that his return will be in a tag match with Shane against Owens & Zayn.
  19. Tiger Jeet Singh can be described in a lot of ways but technique and execution among realism isn't some of the ones I've ever heard. histocal imptace also is taken ot account Bullshit. No Flair. No McMahon.
  20. "Tiger Jeet Singh" "i Judge based on realism technique execution and work rate above all" hmmm
  21. If this was 1991 and not 2018 then fans would be lapping it up. Ok? People use to lap up Ivan Putski matches too, what is your point?
  22. Hogan's racism hurt him.
  23. Savage-Taker '91 is not going to be very good at all, probably pretty bland. I wouldn't get my hopes up.
  24. Every judging system on an art has bias, don't try to pretend you some how superior and you are bias free. Plus if you think Usos suck, your system doesn't sound very good to me.
  25. I loved their face run, whenever it was. They eventually got stale (around the Dudleys feud) but were still good, just stale. Heel run has been at another level. They fucking rule.
