I had been hoping we could pick up Sweetan as a late round pick and, if he had been grabbed first, I thought it would have been by Southwest. He's a good match for Puerto Rico, though.

I always felt the brand new tag teams and creative booking was part of the fun of any Fantasy fed. I remember I had a TNM fed loosely based around Mid South and I had the Rock and Roll Express and the Fantastics in at the same time. During a long singles Round Robin tournament, Ricky Morton quit, followed by Bobby Fulton then Robert Gibson. So I paired up Rodgers with Terry Taylor as The Terrifics, and they became one of my favorite fictional tag teams.

Dumb question ... 446 available draftees divided among 19 territories comes to between 23 and 24 draftees per promotion. How is the draft expected to go 32 rounds? Am I missing something?

peachchaos is happy, CFCW is happy, I'm happy. Stampede gets a burgeoning superstar on 5 dates to pop some houses and national exposure for one of their top guys. AWA gets 2 picks and a hometown hero to come back for a couple of big shows. Seems win-win (win) to me.
