I would never say it isn't a possibility but if they book that they deserve all the backlash they will get. Maybe they don't care but they sure seemed to care about the last couple of months of fans revolting

Stephanie cut a promo on Bryan on the post show saying he'll never be a Wrestlemania main eventer

Bryan kicking HHH in the head as he was about to speak was the hardest I've laughed watching wrestling in quite some time. I'm going to forget about everything else and just howl with laughter every time I watch or think about it

No doubt there is some frustration coming out of her for all the criticism she took for the 13 years she was head of creative. I think it's a constant attempt to prove herself.

I'm wondering if Steph took acting classes or has done so many corporate gigs that she just got better. She doesn't screech anymore and annunciates much better. Watch a promo from her from 2000-2002 and it seems like a different person

WWE is now following Punk on twitter again. Inserting him into the title match would be a colossal mistake Show was getting over pretty strongly and I remember not being bothered by his push. The SS main event killed his character dead

I didn't listen to the how but according to Meltz Punk will be returning tomorrow night. He said a top star said "100 percent" he will show up. I bet he gets added to the title match and after this week will get booed out of the building. That's if this is true and Dave hasn't had his usual winning percentage lately

yeah I so hope they don't break up the Shield yet but from SD it looks inevitable with Ambrose and Reigns bickering. I don't think Reigns is ready yet to get the rocket ship either. I didn't see the original report so I'm guessing Dave was hypothesizing about the undercard stuff? as for the main event the worst thing they could do is try to turn Orton face. If they try to this company has no brain power what so ever. It should be Bryan but in the back of my head I'm thinking they are trying to lure back Punk with that spot

Hmm I think most people are praising them in this thread. True that NXT can't be like Raw because Raw has to appeal to a wide audience but making your talent look good in ideal situations should be one of the goals on every major show

Oh I know but if they could somehow act like that on the main roster shows. They're heels obviously but they haven't shown much ass at all during this run

Besides the (great) content it's amazing the WWE can present a show like this where everyone looks great and is treated as a star as opposed to RAW. Triple H and Stephanie put over the workers here with no problem yet make everyone look worse on the main roster. I know they're Paul and Stephanie Levesque in real life in this environment but think if they put this much effort into the presentation of Bryan, Cesaro, etc on the main roster shows. And of course the announcing is ions better. Again maybe Vince is the difference as apparently he's hands off on the NXT product

Going over that Hunter conference call and he seems like a decent guy who knows the business. He kept saying Vince makes the final decision which may be a way of deflecting all the recent criticism

From the way things are going it seems Hunter and Stephanie will align with Batista when he becomes champ at Mania and becomes the dreaded "new face of WWE" good luck with trying to turn Orton though. Hopefully the plan will be for Bryan to finally get the title in the spring/summer after chasing him. Not ideal and it's going to make for a surreal/depressing Mania but of course they booked themselves into a never ending corner here. Hopefully they get rid of the Authority storyline during all of that stuff. After a strong start it's just doing circles now. It really needs to go before the summer at least

BTW, I can't wait till a future endeavored writer tells the story of what the hell has been going on backstage the last few months or so. This time beats almost everything since the death of WCW

So they tried again to turn .Batista face on SD again and to no surprise it didn't work. He ends of squashing Dolph. We're almost reaching Theater of the Absurd levels here where it's becoming oddly entertaining. I just hope this is all crotchety Vince because otherwhise it's less fun and more soul crushing

Just re watched the Bryan/Hunter segment from last night and damn does Stephanie look old for 37. Par course for the wrestling business
