But I can't think of any other top notch Freebirds tag team matches on tape. I need to see more of them but the Fantastics get this one. Tim
Loss Posted July 19, 2005 Author Report Posted July 19, 2005 Fantastics Another really, really close call, but the Fantastics could work with anyone, while the Freebirds did their best stuff against the Von Erichs. They had some other great stuff, but nothing quite as good as with the Von Erich boys. Run was awesome from 1982-1984, but Hayes in particular fizzled out in a big way when it was over.
