TravJ1979
I thought JVK had started a topic regarding this, but I could not find it in search. I've been thinking about my wrestling watching schedule as a child and I wanted to get some help to see if I had my timeline right. All I've started working on is WCW, but if anyone can add accurate WWE that would be great. If we can get a comprehensive a/k/a enough to satisfy us completists on the board maybe we can sticky the topic. So working off WCW, and starting arbitrarily at 1985 and ending in 1994 (year before Nitro) -- (feel free to expand) here is what I have. Please add/delete corrections as needed. 1985 - 1987 WorldWide - Saturday Morning Saturday Night - Saturday 6:05 Pro - ? 1988 WorldWide - Saturday Morning Saturday Night - Saturday 6:05 Pro - ? Main Event - Sunday 6:05 (Began 4/3/88) 1989 - 1994 Power Hour - Friday 6:05 (Began 6/23/89 - Ends 3/5/94) WorldWide - Saturday Morning Saturday Night - Saturday 6:05 Pro - ? Main Event - Sunday 6:05 Also WCW Sunday Night: Recap show? Did Worldwide and Pro become a recap show before 1994? Any other first run shows or clip shows for that matter during this time period? Omitting Pro Wrestling USA and Clashes here. ============================== 1985Championship WrestlingAll Star WrestlingAll American WrestlingPrime Time WrestlingTNT (Tuesday Nights)1986Championship Wrestling (until September)All Star Wrestling (until September)Superstars (From September)Challenge (From September)All American WrestlingPrime Time WrestlingTNT (Tuesday Nights)1987 - 1992SuperstarsWrestling ChallengePrime Time WrestlingAll American Wrestling1993-1994Prime Time Wrestling (January '93 Only)Raw (From January '93) Monday'sManiaSuperstarsWrestling ChallengeAll American WrestlingNot Counting Main Events and SNME's

Bix
Worldwide and Pro had variable time slots due to syndication. There were various C-shows in syndication like East Coast Wrestling. On TBS, you had various Saturday morning shows: Championship Wrestling, Superbouts, a rerun of Pro from 2 weeks earlier, Championship Wrestling again, and eventually the Power Hour in various forms (first a replay from Friday night, then the primary slot). Power Hour's original slot was Fridays at around 10 PM. Sundays was Best of Championship Wrestling and World Championshop Wrestling: Sunday Edition before it was Main Event. Best of was everything from reruns from TBS and Syndication to Omni matches. Sunday Edition was another studio show, which was the primary studio show when Saturday would be moved due to other sports commitments. Also in syndication: All-Star Wrestling in '86-'87 Championship Wrestling from Florida and Southern Pro Wrestling ('87-early '88 and '87 respectively) UWF and Power Pro Wrestling ('87 and '87-early '88 respectively) CWF and PPW were rebranded episodes of pro with Jack Gregory on commentary for however long they lasted into '88. For WWF syndication you're missing original Superatars of Wrestling ('84-'86) and Wrestling Spotlight ('86-'95), the show it morphed into when the '86-'87 season started.
