Madusa is out to hype WCW Nitro cologne. The announcers inexplicably talk about how awful it is and how much it stinks. Madusa uses this to go on a rant about having to wear a bikini and do this, calls the whole thing bullshit and pours the cologne on Bobby Heenan. Oh, Vince Russo.
