They are about to burn both an American and Canadian flag after attacking Chris Benoit. Bret Hart makes the save and clears the ring of The Revolution and rescues the two flags. This was all done for the visual of Bret and Benoit waving the American and Canadian flags, and it's like they just worked backwards from there. Quote
