Loss
Mankind comes out to announce that he's a #1 New York Times bestseller. He thanks wrestling fans since newspapers and book critics can't reduce themselves to review a book by a pro wrestler. It's hard for him to enjoy that too much though, because The Rock and Al Snow have been at each other's throats and they are his two best friends. Jericho interrupts to tell Mick the only reason anyone bought his book was because they hoped he would die at the end of it. They end up making a match. Tim Evans
Good to see Jericho mix it up with some of the big dogs. I'm surprised Mankind announced his book was number 1 on smackdown and not Raw. I guess this was still the time when both shows were equal and Smackdown wasn't the B show. Zenjo
It's no wonder the book sold so many copies with the amount of shilling it got on the shows. For several months all of Mankind's angles have revolved around that damn book.
PeteF3
Definitely a sea change in terms of wrestling books, that's still being felt today. Foley might be WON HOF-worthy even if he was a career mid-carder, just because of that. Jericho eviscerates Mike Foley as only he can do.
