Jerry Lynn comes to the creative department. Cyrus says the boys can't book their own angles. I think this works when ECW is cult wrestling, but when they are trying to expand, crap like that holds them back.

I like that the creative department sign is underneath a bingo board. Really helps the bingo hall stereotype. But yeah this was way too inside even for 1999.
