Loss
Talk about it here.
Loss
Last few minutes. Conway puts Bull in the torture rack when Bolin comes in and hits Conway in the knee with his briefcase for the DQ. Damaja makes the save, but Mr. Black slapjacks both him and Conway. Jim Cornette ends up making the save by going after Bolin, but Mr. Black attacks him. I'm not feeling OVW yet. I realize it's early, but I think a big part of it is Cornette's heavy-handed commentary.
Tim Evans
Of course Cornette has to play hero again. Bull hits him with a nice top rope leg drop and Cornette sells his ear. Dean Hill reminds me of a better version of Ed Whalen.
PeteF3
The closing action is okay and so is the whole beatdown, even if Cornette inserts himself rather unnecessarily. At least the only guy to sell for him is Bolin. This is apparently building up to a coward-waves-the-flag match and the ostensible intrigue is if Cornette will be able to be in the corner of whoever--Conway, I guess.
