In the first fall the crew talk about the racism of Hulk Hogan, the death of "Hot Rod" Roddy Piper and we break down WWE Raw. In the second fall we talk NWA Classics, including a Dick Murdoch vs The Nightmare match. We break down ROH TV and look at Death Before Dishonor's undercard. We finally discuss NXT TV and then compare who we like better NXT or ROH. The second and final part of Pete's interview of Dylan Hales discussing the Scenic City Invitational ends the second fall. In the third and final fall, Johnny leaves us as we break down the first part of Lucha Underground's Ultima Lucha and then continue the talk on NJPW's G-1 Climax! There are a lot of topics discussed on the Week in Review and some are of more interest than others for me and it would be great if I could leap to the areas of interest. Thanks! SomethingSavage Posted August 3, 2015 Report Share Posted August 3, 2015 I also appreciated Johnny's rundown of the Bray/Harper promo from RAW. At this stage, I still REALLY dig Bray as an intense, snug in-ring performer. But I've been fast forwarding past the guy's promos for awhile now. A lot of them are just rambling nonsense, and you generally get the "meat" of them in the video packages at the PPVs again anyway. But Johnny piqued my interest enough in this one to actually go back and give it a listen. Not the worst, and I actually like how they tied Luke's "homecoming" into a demented little childhood tale about a scorned pup. Good stuff.
