Japan-only Super Famicom wrestling games?

Not sure if this is the right subsection for a topic like this, but I'm curious about Super Famicom (Super Nintendo) games that only came out in Japan. I know the Fire Pro series set the standard, I've also played the Zen-Nippon series which is pretty good. But the rest of these... I'm not sure at all about.

Just curious if anyone has played any of the more obscure titles on this list, or if they can perhaps point me to a resource telling me more about them beyond the cursory info on Wikipedia

Most of the Japanese games weren't all that great. I believe other than the Funaki game (which I did not know existed) I tried all of them back in the day. The Natsume/AJPW and Kinnikuman games weren't good. The WAR game and the Astral games were pretty bad. Some of the games were card games (one of the girl wrestler games was for sure and there was an All Japan one too). The Onita game was a street fighter type of game and it was atrocious.

Jikkyu pro wrestling was my non-Super Fire favourite. You could create guys with all kinds of shooter/Pancrase/RINGS style moves, mid 90s Japan power moves (DVD's, power bomb variations, etc.) and you had the crazy Onita style exploding ring gimmicks. I don't know how well it has aged but back then it was great.

I remember back in 1994 getting a pirated CD from somebody at school with 300+ games and the first Super Fire Pro Wrestling women's game was there. I thought I'd never see a game where you could use dives and moonsaults. Now it's a different world but back then the Japanese had the best games by far.

16 bit era was an odd time for wrestling games, there really wasn't much good other than Fire Pro games on the Super Famicom, a lot of good wrestling games were on the PC Engine in Japan which was a pretty big selling system, not so much for its US version TurboGrafix 16.

Also there was Thunder Pro Wrestling Restuden which was the only Fire Pro game released on the Mega Drive/Genesis. I imported a copy cheap and there's no region lock other than a difference in cartridge size that can be dealt with by using a Gameshark or something similar.

I had fun with the Onita game and the mentioned Jikkyo Power Pro. Elsewhere on the list Gekitou Burning Pro Wrestling was fun, had a similar roster to Super Fire Pro with it's handful of US guys and you could play as the referee too where you could shove the wrestlers down, do fast counts, etc.

How's that one? Don't think I'm familiar with it, but love the Genesis.
