Loss Posted October 23, 2015 Report Posted October 23, 2015 I see that Michinoku Pro is still active today, although I take it it's not really a lucharesu (I hate that word but people at least know what it means) group anymore. Anyway, what Michinoku Pro from 2000-present would people recommend? Quote
dawho5 Posted October 24, 2015 Report Posted October 24, 2015 Didn't see any of it until about 2007 in Ditch's poll. The style seems to have shifted to more of an epic juniors battle feel than lucharesu when it shows up in 2007-2009. It's a little overwrought for my tastes but there is stuff there that is worthwhile. Also, Sasuke still did crazy-ass dives that leave you wondering how he is still wrestling in 07. He is easily one of the craziest dudes ever to grace a wrestling ring when it comes to putting his body on the line. I love him for it and wonder if it's really worth that kind of sacrifice all at the same time. Quote
KrisZ Posted October 24, 2015 Report Posted October 24, 2015 Dick Togo era 2001-03 was really good Quote
Superstar Sleeze Posted October 25, 2015 Report Posted October 25, 2015 Anything with Fujita Jr Hayato is pretty badass. Matches with Sasuke, Yoshitune, and Ken Ou I can recommend that took place in M-Pro Quote
W2BTD Posted October 25, 2015 Report Posted October 25, 2015 Yoshitsune is the craziest flyer that nobody has ever heard of. He should have been a big star, but instead he bounced around sleazy indies until he screwed up and was forced into hiding. Quote
