The Following Contest
Opening tag. These Hardy Boyz rip-offs with their "super kick party" catch phrase have annoyed their way into X-Pac heat territory with me already. First ROH PPV I've ever seen. Taking a flyer and hoping to see some All Japan type stuff.
soup23
Reading the results, I have to shake my head at the booking as almost literally every person that went over on the show, I would have went the other way.
Mad Dog
It baffles me how you can job Moose and Castle on the same show.

The Following Contest
I thought the show was solid. The wrestling in the main event was good... but dare I say not as good, nor as cool or dramatic, as the most recent NXT main event. Could it be that NXT is now the best big leaugue North American alternative to WWE?
Johnny Sorrow
I loved Final Battle. Great god damned show.
Laz
Checked out the results and saw ANX went over in the opener. Over the forever super-over Briscoes and the hottest tag team of the past 3-4 years. Yes, TFC, NXT really is that good. It's not even that it's WWE-backed or the roster, necessarily, but ROH has made it a habit to shoot themselves in the foot ever since the days of HD Net. I think what they're trying to do is have the ANX be the 1st victim of War Machine. Saving a Briscoes -War Machine match for down the line. Their is only so much time they have to push ANX as the team that never lost the belts. Briscoes and Young Bucks are near bullet proof and can heat them up pretty quickly. Johnny Sorrow
ANX going over was the correct storyline decision.
