sek69
Half expecting Arn to start the War Games match just out of habit.

sek69
Also what are the odds that Adam Cole's cut from the other night accidently-on-purpose gets reopened?
hammerva
Roderick strong in the Authors of Pain gear is very Kurt Angle in the Shield gear to me
Zoo Enthusiast
Roderick strong in the Authors of Pain gear is very Kurt Angle in the Shield gear to me I figured someone has to be the Dusty in this War Games.
LowBlowPodcast
Watching on mute... I really like the team comes in idea rather than one guy from each team at a time... perhaps a random pick of the six would have been fun almost like EC. Looks good so far but the jump off the top of the cage spot onto everyone is going to be done... which sucks because the full effect just isn't there. This is a good start though and I love that there's two rings.
hammerva
Starting to think that one of the reasons we didn't get a War games match is because Vince knew that the camera crew would completely miss things. Not a good night for them And now it has turned into one of those TNA asylum matches with the weapons. And the crowd fucking loves it
Zoo Enthusiast
There will be blood.
hammerva
Man imagine how awful this would have been if decided to use Sawyer Fulton all the time instead of changing to Killian Dain
sek69
Watching Dain makes me want him to have a match against War Machine just to have a bearded fat guy clubber-off.
...TG
I think I figured out why they've never done this gimmick before: it's because WWE production can't figure out how to shoot a cage match with two rings. The amount of camera switching in this is giving me nausea.
sek69
Roddy looking like Rambo Greg Gagne in here.
LowBlowPodcast
These overplayed spots are just destroying the current product for me.
...TG
They're also not utilizing the second ring enough. Most of the action is shoved in one ring while the other is a space for guys to nap. I'm still enjoying the match, it just has some weaknesses. sek69
For the first time they've ever tried it, it's not bad. If it becomes a regular match I'd expect the camera work to improve.

Fando
Yeah not feeling this as a War Games match. Pretty much everything before the nonsensical superplex spot could have happened without the cage. Camerawork is the shits.
hammerva
Well that Cole suplex spot took forever I can't tell if he was scared of heights and that is why it took so long to get there.

Again I think all of the action is in one ring because they have no concept of how to shoot this camera wise
sek69
I mean, it's automatically better than any of the late 90s-2000s WCW War Games, and as much as the 80s ones are beloved this one won't end in a lame manager submission. Say what you want about the finish but it makes sense with the manager being the weak link and the pure violence that went into the matches. 1. 1992 2. 1991 3. 1987 inaugural Still tops in my books
