You have to be a legal resident of the continental 48 US States or D.C. Only Hawaiians and Alaskans are being discriminated against here. Damn if I can figure out why. Are they afraid they'll get some BBW Hawaiian/Samoans or Eskimos trying out??? The porn industry will tell them they're really missing the boat by insisting that applicants must have been born female. If they took out that little rule and opened the contest up to Brazil, we'd have one helluva a Diva Search. The winner would be a Missus who stands when she Pisses.
