Jimmy Jacobs did an interview describing the weirdness of being on the writing team and how he once got heat for wearing a pink tie to a writing team meeting during breast cancer awareness month.

He summed it up by saying he enjoyed working for WWE but hated working for Vince.

I just don't get the appeal of working for this company unless you can be like Brock and get paid millions and be able to tell Vince to fuck off.
