Loss
Yes, definitely. I'm going to post a reminder in every thread where there's a poll to remind the voter of this.
goodhelmet
OK, that is going to play an important factor with guys like Flair, Steamboat, Rick Rude, or even Dustin. I am glad you said that because I was about to break out the M-Pro from '96 and argue TAKA's worth.
Guest Alfdogg
So did we ever decide what criteria we're using to vote on this?
Loss
I guess we didn't. While we can't really force it, my suggestion would be to voted based on work whenever possible, but if there's a case when you'd genuinely rather vote for the other guy, then you shouldn't hesitate to do so. Guest KingPK
Well, everyone has different tastes and ideas as to what makes the better wrestler, so it's kind of unfair to pigeonhole a "critera." I mean, if this was a "Best WWF In-Ring Worker" tournament, then you could, but it isn't, to my knowledge.
Loss
It's not. I was just trying to establish some kind of objective way to look at this, even if it won't totally be that way, just so if Eddy Guerrero and Hulk Hogan end up in the same bracket, people aren't confused by how they're supposed to vote. goodhelmet
I was rthinking about this and you almost don't want to have a rigid criteria. If you do that, it would come down to 4-5 guys and there wouldn't be much point in having 64 of them.

If it's just going to come down to Bret Hart, Chris Benoit, Eddy Guerrero & Kurt Angle, what's the point? It's taking FOREVER to get this ball rolling. Can we at least get some teaser qualifying brackets posted or something?
goodhelmet
I believe we have to wait until Friday to see who is in and who is out.
Loss
If you're impatient, you need to tell people who I know will whine because they can't vote to hurry up and sign up so they don't get left out. I hope we have at least 20 people voting.
Coffey
I actually don't understand why people have to vote ahead of time to tell you that they're going to vote. So, if someone registers on Saturday they can't vote? If someone is on vacation and don't get back until late Friday night, they can't vote? Â It's silly. Â Just take votes each round and end on an even number so there's not ties.
Loss
No. The same number of people need to vote on every bracket; otherwise, people can advance unfairly. Â Who's on vacation right now? Everyone is here. Â I plan on getting permissions set where only the people who sign up can vote in polls; otherwise, this is meaningless. Coffey
Who's to say that people are going to be available to vote for every round though? Who's to say that we won't get more interested parties? Â That's not fair either. Not fair to the posters. We don't want to be waiting for round three to finish for three weeks because Sek's laptop broke down. Â I don't think it should be done via polls. Loss
Then, how do you think it should be decided? What other way is there to do it? Â It's not our fault if someone doesn't vote. Signing up implies that you're not just going to show up to get Hogan and Rocky through, and ignore the rest.
Coffey
"Asshole" Andy Armageddon Vs. Llamanamanewme Sweet Bitch Ass Vs. Big Larry Cactus Sack Vs. "Drunk" Terry Flunk  Like that? It'll take more labor, and time, to get the results in but then you don't have anyone voting more than once or any of the other crap that can happen with polls. Coffey
Fucking A, Bad News Brown Vs. Adrian Adonis is going to be REALLY hard for me...and that's just to get them IN to the tournament.
Guest Bruiser Chong
I would've picked Sweet Bitch Ass over Big Larry any day of the week,
