NintendoLogic
Tonight: Spoiler Dan Lambert enters the CODYVERSE. If that doesn't get crowds to stop booing Cody, nothing will.
sek69
Man, Adam Cole just seems too popular to stay a heel much longer.
sek69
I guess we're about to seem if Dan Lambert can work his magic.
sek69
Cody and Lambert was like pushing like ends of magnets together, lol. If you can't get cheered in that situation you really gotta rethink the whole babyface thing.
MoS
Very surprised at Kingston eating a pin. I hope they have big plans for him, he seems to be used as a utility player, and he is way too good to be used like that
sek69
They seem to be building to another Kingston/Garcia match so I was OK with it.
El-P
Those multi-men cluster fucks are so much fun. Ford vs Conti wasn't exactly a UWF classic, but it was fun enough, with some cool looking submissions. Yeah, Daniel Garcia should eventually get a more serious push hopefully. This company really has way too much talent already. Cody can't get cheered against Dan Lambert, and even against Cody Lambert can't get cheered either. That's fucking HEAT. If they do a tag match with Dustin vs Men of the Year, the reactions will be fun for every tag. Is Eddie Guerrero the most over deceased wrestler ever ? That's been almost 15 years and people chant his name and pop crazy for every tribute (which are kinda overdone sometime honestly). Picture an audience in 1994 going crazy for guys paying tribute to a 1970's worker. That's pretty telling of how the audiences and the landscape have changed over the last 40 years. sek69
It's almost unavoidable for Eddie to still be over considering how many people, fans and wrestlers alike, were inspired by him.
Migs
Eddie was ahead of his time in a lot of dimensions - as a worker, as someone combining his character and that level of workrate, as a Latino star in the US after that had faded away in the late 70s. As a result, he's one of the rare figures that's important to basically everyone, for one reason or more.
