- With WPW's early success, management has seen to it to add to the roster on both the tag team front and the women. The additions of Desiree Peterson and Luna Vachon coming to Winnipeg add to the women's division, making the Canadian territory the most active when it comes to ladies' wrestling.

Wrestling Observer Newsletter – News and Rumors

The episodes from the UWF's second taping are airing as of this writing and there are a couple of interesting developments worth noting.

First is the appearance of Charles Wright, who had recently been competing on WCW television as Kama. We can confirm that Mr Wright is still under WCW contract but has been sent down to Florida as part of an agreement reached with UWF officials. The main reason for this excursion seems to be that WCW's booker had determined that the Kama character had taken too many high profile loses and needed time away. While we've yet to determine exactly how long Mr Wright will be in Florida, reports are suggesting he could remain in the newly launched promotion into next year.

Secondly, it appears there has been a mix up in production with the video that promoted Troy "Dream Machine" Graham's arrival that aired last week was in fact supposed to air on this week's episode with Graham making his on-air debut on next week's episode. While such mistakes can be forgiven given how young this iteration of the UWF is, we'll be looking to see how Mr Abrams and company address it and how they'll improve going forward.
