MikeCampbell
Was there any explanation given, storyline or otherwise, on Mr. Perfect's change of mangers in his initial run? First Genius, then Heenan, and then Coach? At first I was thinking there was some sort of trade with Hennig and the Beverly Brothers, but then I remebered that Heenan was in between them. Loss
Genius to Heenan, no. The Heenan thing was an angle they shot when he beat Santana to win the IC title, with Heenan surprisingly appearing in his corner. For Coach, yes. Heenan was retiring to become a "broadcast journalist" and the Coach took on his entire stable, I believe.

However, Coach didn't take on all of Heenan's stable. The only other ones in that stable were Haku and Barbarian and they both went off on their own, I believe. Coach managed both Perfect and the Beverly Brothers.
MikeCampbell
I know Coach debuted as the Beverly Brothers' manager in '91, and then they were later managed by Genius. I'm not entirely sure when that was though. I know Genius was with them at the '92 Rumble.
