    Bret brings up the "I came to WCW to earn a legacy not ruin it" line again. Yeah this was the best thing Bret did in WCW. Good promo and angle.

    WCW going heel on Canada worse than WWF here. Bret cutting this same promo would have been funny.

    Flair is still a good promo here but not as good as earlier in the year. Was Sting gone for a while before this? Why were they going crazy over him.

    Getting flashbacks of heel Tenay from 2000. So WCW was turning 3 main eventers at the same time? Nice.

    Like David was watching Nitro. He was probably like the rest of the boys and watching Raw. Hogan with Torrie is still icky. pointless indeed.

    Nice to see JR back in the booth for the main event. It's just right. Also nice to see Mr. Wrestlemania make an appearance. I thought the match was an overbooked mess. It wasn't awful as they did enough to make the crowd happy. I can't beileve to guys like Austin and Rock insist on brawling into the crowd. That seems like a bad thing to happen. it takes them forever to fight in the ring. The finish is great though with Austin winning and sharing a beer with Earl Hebner.

    Is this the worst Taker HIAC match? I gotta beileve so. I don't get the point of the hanging. This whole thing was in bad taste given what happened less than 2 months later. I wonder if they edited out the hanging from the Network version of Mania 15?

    So many turns on this show. Billy Gunn almost pulls a Paul London on his run in. This was really the end of an era in my viewing as I was a huge Dx fan.

    Kane takes some nutty chairshots to the head. Crowd goes crazy when Chyna and HHH hug.

    So the Ref doesn't Dq show for bringing in the chair but does when Show does the chokeslam? Nice going Hebner. Show looks awful booking wise and shape wise.

    Everytime I watch a Bart Gunn match, I think of my uncle who looks like his doppelganger. Wasn't Gorilla still doing announcing during this time on International Superstars?

    Vader hits Misawa with a back suplex and it looks like Misawa lands on Vader's hand. That had to suck. I'm surprised this only went 10 minutes. Decent for what's shown.

    Now you know it's sleazy Memphis when Jamie Dundee and Midget D show up. I recognize the Little cause I beiieve they did a Mexican gimmick after WWF bought the company in 2000. Also Tasha Simone's face looks like a watermelon. I love it.

    Even though this has had some good buildup, it's sad that in Memphis 1999, this was the main angle. Actually based on tv, the main angle was Brandon Baxter/Michael Hayes vs Randy Hales and the Memphis world order which is even sadder. Love me some fired up Superstar tho.

    Show looked so lost working WWF main events. He really shouldn't have been wrestling so soon after leaving WCW. He could have at least done some dark matches. Crowd was molten for everything though.

    Kane was the heel here but HHH came off really heel like. Kane gets hit with the Badd blaster.

    Is this the week where Hardcore Holly and Dr. Death have a brawl? I remember that on a old wrestlecrap comp. Can't help but feel bad for JR here.

    Everytime Vince gets on the mic, the fans chant asshole at him. Just an incredible crowd. Nitro might have had more fans at the beach but this crowd was hotter. The beer truck segment is one of the biggest Raw moments ever.

    Interesting match to see. Not sure if it's good or not. Flair is in full champion mode with Arn at ringside interfering and Lil Naitch as ref. Flair takes the yearly spring break pool bump.

    Bret did a better job a couple weeks back in building a feud with El Dandy than here vs Goldberg. You can tell Bret was just done with it all.

    Only WCW could hire the guy from Headbanger's ball and have him look like a over the hill college guy in a hawaian shirt. Nash was amazing here. The Show your tits chant comeback, the "I never wanted to be a snowcone more" etc.

    I'm with tim here. I found this to be pretty boring and the non extent crowd heat hurt it. Just a match.

    I dig Koshinaka's Doomsday Ass device. Nice finish too with a hot crowd. When did Tenzan and Chono stop teaming?

    They even play the respect card. That was anticlimatic finish though.
