  1. and I'm loving it. Jim Cornette on commentary is gold! Talking about Melina: "If that dress was any shorter, it'd be a necklace." Why does the ring look so big though?
  2. That story made me sad. Someone needs to get him a Bad News Brown comp. tape or something.
  3. I'd rather watch a Matt Vs. Jeff program with Jeff being the heel because he's jealous of the success that Matt had in WWE after he was gone. Something to that nature without actually mentioning WWE. Maybe Jeff can talk about having to damn near kill himself to win matches or get crowd approval where all it took Matt was a gimmick. I certainly don't want to watch the Naturals/AMW against The Hardy Boyz.

  5. I wish Cornette could get the book for Raw and Heyman for Smackdown.
  6. ARE there Jarrett marks? I really don't know who they should give the title to at this point either to be perfectly honeset. Styles already had it and I actually with Jarrett when he said that Styles is missing some tools. He really can't talk. Not only that but a lot of his moves get botched. If I were going to put it someone right now, I'd throw it on Abyss. He's still a monster and he doesn't have to talk. Hell, they could stick a mouthpiece with him again anyway. It should be a big deal though. They can't just throw Jarrett into the ring with Abyss and have Abyss go over. Especially since Jarrett has had the belt for a year. It should be something to do with being a #1 Contender or some shit. An on-air authority figure, which I guess would be Dusty, should tell Jarrett that he has to defend the title against Abyss. Then have Abyss win in a glorified squash where he gets to no-sell a guitar shot and possible the Stroke. It'll be a bigger deal for Monty to win the title from Abyss than it would be from Jarrett me thinks. Even with the crappy heel turn and all that other shit that they've tried to do. Abyss will get the pooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooounce! Period.
  7. Jarrett won the title at the King of the Mountain BS. So, he's had it for a real long time now.
  8. See, I was under the impression that this wasn't all about matches and workrate. That's how my voting throughout this whole thing has went. The only criteria I've been using is WWF '85-present and whom entertained me more. Sometimes the entertainment comes in a non-wrestling role. If it's workrate only, we all know that Bret is going to win the damn thing.
  9. ..but Rock was a big reason FOR that highpoint. Right?
  10. Hmm. Another tough one. I liked Randy Savage a lot. I thought that he was crazy. His matches and promo's always entertained me as well. Of course, Bret was the same way. Not only that but I enjoyed it when Bret was on top. *scratches head* Man, I really don't know on this one. I really liked Savage/WARRIOR & Savage/Steamboat...but I really liked Hart/Piper & Hart/Austin. I guess it comes down to me liking The Hart Foundation more than the Mega Powers. Bret Hart
  11. Like I said in my earlier reply, Hulk Hogan is one of the universal names that I associate with WWF. Bret Hart isn't. Hulk Hogan
  12. Bret Hart
  13. Bret Hart
  14. You know what pisses me off? The Wrestlemania Ironman match getting restarted. I was under the impression that if the time limit hit, then the challenger didn't get the job done and the champion retained. Restarting that match is one of my viewing low points. Bret Hart
  15. Hmm. This one is tough for me too because I'm such an Undertaker mark. When I think WWF I think of Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, The Rock & The Undertaker. I don't think of Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, HHH or Kurt Angle. The Undertaker
  16. Bret Hart
  17. Steve Austin
  18. Bret Hart
  19. Wow. These finals are going to be tough if this first match is any indication. The Rock I love Bret's ring work but I think that The Rock entertained me more overall. It wasn't all about ring work with The Rock. I'm not saying that Bret was never entertaining outside of the ring but I just...I'm picking the fucking Rock.

  21. I really like Dreamer/Raven in ECW. That's probably my favorite. For what it's worth, I liked Awesome/Tanaka and RVD/Lynn in ECW too...although those were based soley on wrestling. Dream/Raven was, pretty much, everything but wrestling. It was a lot of Dreamer taking pinfalls. The nWo Vs. Sting in WCW was good too.
  22. Speaking of, what happened to pwtorrents.2ya.com? It's been done, however last time it was up, it was asking me for a username and pass to access the site. Is it gone for good?
  23. Jake "The Snake" Roberts When Jake would talk, I got chills. I can only say the same about Hulk Hogan. He also made me a DDT mark. He didn't have a lot of great matches but he had a great character. I liked the Bulldog's IC run.
  24. Triple H, HHH, The Game, Hunter Heart Helmsley, H?, The Cerebral Assassin Wow, I thought this one would be more interesting. It looks like we've got another blow-out on our hands though. I remember liking D-X. It was for both HBK & HHH. Then HBK bolted and we had HHH with The Outlaws and X-Pac. I still liked D-X. So, I think that Hunter gets the nod there. I liked Triple H's match with Foley better than HBK's Mindgames match with Foley. I think Hunter gets the nod there. Hunter pulls all the political shit but he didn't throw tantrums like HBK did. At least not on-screen so that it breaks kayfabe and shit. I liked HBK better on the mic before he became all religious. Now he's just bland but more than capable of still putting on great matches. I never liked the Rockers, which also seems to be against the grain. :-/ My favorite HBK moment was when he threw Marty out the Barbershop window. Either that or his match with H? when they were running in slow motion and shit. Triple H has a lot of moments that I like. From matches to skits. Remember The Crock? That shit was hilarious! I liked his feud with Foley. I like some of his matches with The Rock, like their ladder match. Not like HBK didn't have matches that I liked. I liked his WMX ladder match with Razor and the rematch at Summerslam. He had a good match against Savage in '92 as well. Hell, he won his first ever IC title in my rinky-dink town. I think I'm giving the nod to Hunter though and I know I'll be in the minority. This was the hardest vote for me so far.
  25. The Undertaker Mysterio hasn't done shit in WWE and shouldn't have made it this far. I'm guessing he'd have blown more spots, Amazing Red style.
