  1. Not a chance. WWE Films productions are non-union, so good luck getting any genuine A-listers to work on them.
  2. No, it goes way back. Her 2017 Mae Young Classic bio specifically mentions her husband. https://www.wwe.com/article/lacey-evans And an article from around that time mentions that she had been with the guy for 13 years. http://www.espn.com/espnw/culture/feature/article/20432226/lacey-evans-mae-young-classic-real-life-american-hero If they did break up, I can understand WWE not wanting it to get out since it kind of kills her gimmick. Especially if the usual circumstances that lead to wrestler relationships ending are involved.
  3. I could've sworn that she was married. I remember that being a big part of her character in NXT. And she mentioned her husband in a promo last month.
  4. The elephant in the room: a lot of women in wrestling are butterfaces because PED use makes their facial features more mannish. That's why Stacy Keibler was such a knockout. Not only was her body natural, her face was more classically feminine than the others.
  5. I'm surprised that Onoo is on good terms with Bischoff given that he sued WCW for racial discrimination.
  6. Rusev and Lana have a Youtube channel now. More accurately, they've rebranded the channel CJ Perry set up in 2012 to host her acting reels. Everybody seems to agree that scripted promos are a major problem in WWE, but when I see crap like this, I can't really blame them for not trusting the talent with a live mic.
  7. Bryan/Wyatt would suck on every level imaginable, so that's probably what they'll do.
  8. Imagine seeing Lacey in the Rumble and thinking she has any business being in a title match at Wrestlemania.
  9. The specific names mentioned were Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Bray Wyatt, Undertaker, and Kurt Angle. I guess Zayn wouldn't be too bad, but other than that...yikes. Actually, Bryan/Taker has the potential to be an unintentional comedy masterpiece, so that's what I'm hoping for. Also, WWE currently has no idea who Asuka is going to face at Mania, which makes the decision to have her tap out Becky at the Rumble even more inexplicable.
  10. I didn't watch Raw, but I read that the match between Ronda and Ruby Riott tonight had a good amount of Riott Squad interference. The match between the two last night was perfect because it established that Ronda would barely break a sweat against most of the roster in a fair fight. After all, the only reason her matches against Alexa Bliss and Nikki Bella were even remotely competitive was due to liberal outside interference. And the rest of the Riott Squad was indisposed last night after being in the Chamber.
  11. And we still have another PPV to get through before Wrestlemania.
  12. How many times will HHH end up being inducted when all is said and done? Besides DX, Evolution and his solo career are givens. And I wouldn't put it past him to also induct the Authority and the Two-Man Power Trip.
  13. That's exactly why they'll do it. Gotta get that HEAT~!
  14. That was quite the roller roaster ride at the end. I'm sure everybody knew deep down that Kofi Kingston wasn't going to win the WWE championship, but they worked it well enough to create a seed of doubt. At the very least, Kofi should have worked himself into a title match at Wrestlemania. I'm mildly surprised that they didn't do an angle at the end.
  15. Joe may be well past his prime, but he always seems to deliver in multi-man matches.
  16. "It's not their fault Braun doesn't have any friends!" Graves making sense once again. Why don't WWE babyfaces have any friends?
  17. "I don't need a kendo stick to whip your ass! I need a table!"
  18. Graves has a point. Why is Becky attacking Charlotte and Ronda? They're not the ones who took her out of the Mania match.
  19. Here's my contrarian take: I like Charlotte better as a face. She's a much better performer as a heel, but she's going to be the centerpiece of the division regardless, so I'd rather have it be someone who I'm theoretically supposed to like.
  20. I'm surprised they actually mentioned Alexandria, LA. I figured it'd be too small-time a city for them to acknowledge.
  21. I liked that match a lot more than I expected to. Finn Balor has to be the WWE wrestler of the year so far.
  22. Shane's coast to coast into a superkick was comically bad.
  23. It never completely fell apart, and it picked up toward the end. That's the most I can say.
  24. Are they trying to legitimately injure each other?
  25. Nia does it again. Jesus.
