Triple H intentionally sabotaging those matches is a pretty baseless theory. I'm surprised anyone would wish wealth and success upon Steiner anyway, at least going by the positive reaction to Bill Demott's resignation.
-
It's been 3 months since he came back and they have booked him to work just as much as before - 2 matches his first night back, a casket match, a 45 minute tag team match, a couple of long RAW main events, etc. - I'm pretty sure WWE either doesn't care or isn't worried about Bryan's health. Also, if Bryans health was really a concern they wouldn't have booked him in a ladder match at Mania.

Only when it suits you evidently.

You are giving yourselves way too much credit.

Yeah, I'm not the biggest Triple H fan out there and he's certainly not Flair or Austin by any means, but the notion that he's some "no talent" who doesn't deserve the success he's had and totally bullshitted/politicked (whatever that even means) his way through an entire career really isn't a viewpoint I'm willing to acknowledge at all. It's nonsense. And if he really did stop a Scott Steiner push from happening good for him. Edit: I also don't think the guy is obsessed with the IWC like you guys think he is, though he clearly has a pretty good understanding of what makes them tick.

This why HHH makes comments about internet fans. To get responses like this. Thanks man! I'm sure he'll be glad to know someone out there gets it.

"Smart fans that don't give a fuck to watch Triple H or Sting wrestle in the first place." You and Lance Storm are wrong, because this match sure isn't garnered to a casual audience. And yep, you're being worked. 110% and they made it look easy.
-
You guys are idiots. Triple H insulting the Internet isn't to get you to stop watching. They already have your money and you aren't going anywhere no matter how much you may claim otherwise. WWE are at least smart enough to realise WrestleMania will be full of "smart" fans, so insulting them is just a simple measure of making sure he's booed come March 31. I'm honestly shocked you guys are worked so easily.

Bernard is a huge, huge step up from Demott. It's not even close.

Daniel Bryan is a perfect example. Obviously, there is nothing wrong with Bryan Danielson as a ring name, except WWE didn't give it to him. Apparently, Bryan is much more of a "go along to get along" type guy, so he agreed to change his name, and gladly did his drills and accepted his training, even though by the time he ended up in WWE developmental he had already been in countless classic matches...more than the people training him had ever had. Except Bryan Danielson wasn't signed to a developmental contract the 2nd time around. He spent four weeks working with Low-Ki in FCW to keep himself sharp prior to his debut on WWE television. He also only worked NXT TVs and the occasional RAW during that time period, unlike the other NXT guys who spent the rest of their time back in Florida. The majority of changes Bryan made to his act were on the main roster in front of large audiences, something the current crop of NXT guys don't have to deal with.

Isn't Bill Demott having a job more of a travesty than Jericho saying something stupid on twitter?

Shit. Theirs a realistic chance Jon Stewart earned himself a spot in the celebrity wing of the Hall of Fame last night, and I'm actually OK with that.

WrestleMania X would be a serious contender if it didn't have Bret-Owen and the ladder match. I wanted to hate 28 so badly after the debacle that was the 18 second Daniel Bryan/Sheamus fiasco and a totally shoehorned Randy Orton/Kane match, but with Punk/Jericho, Taker/Triple H in HIAC, Cody/Show which over delivered and the underrated first Rock/Cena match you have a pretty damn good wrestling show, IMO.

The comparisons to Bret/HBK remind me that Rey vs. heel Bret in 1998 would have been off the chain.
-
Considering Samoa and Tonga are interchangeable in pro wresting, you guys can look forward to the Uso's vs. Camacho and Tama Tonga.
-
Oh, come on. The Dominic angle was Katie Vick levels of cringe worthiness.

One of the biggest merchandise movers and best workers of the past decade is now a free agent? This is a huge pickup for AAA, Japan and the Indies for sure. There are a stupid amount of dream matches that are now a legitimate possibility. Admittedly bummed about not getting a Rey-Cesaro singles match though.

I laughed when I turned on the 6pm news the other day and saw "Bushwackers to be inducted into Hall of Fame" as one of the headlines. Slow news day I guess.

The shitty part about the Daniel Bryan-Chris Benoit comparison is there is more demand for Bryan on top and he is a far more relatable person/character. DMJs on the money too.

I think what about this deal that appealed to Sting is he is only going to be working guys from his generation and will get the inevitable Undertaker match. He's been quite vocal about it. So we have that to look forward to...

I thought Steph-AJ was the plan as further back as the Punk/Cabana podcast? Interesting timing to say the least.

What would be the alternative? What a weird statement. You don't have to completely lie to hype a match. Makes them seem completely out of touch. Something tells me PWO isn't the epicenter for what the majority of the WWE audience want to see.

A small group of guys pulled some decent stuff out of Sting during his TNA tenure. Austin Aries, Jeff Jarrett and AJ Styles spring to mind. I think Triple H vs. Sting will be fine if it doesn't go any longer than 15 minutes.
