  1. New Jack cuts a good promo and agrees to fight Ricky Morton in a Grudge match.
  2. This was entertaining. Buddy Landell and Tommy Rich cut good promos and wrestle PG-13 for about three minutes. A few minutes later they're in a wild brawl in the parking lot with the Moondogs. Notice there is a person walking down the sidewalk at the end of the parking lot. God knows his reaction.
  3. This was a decent and fun little tag match. Steamboat gets worked over by Arn and Buck for most of the match. Dustin gets the hot tag and is getting some offense on Arn when Terry Funk trips him up for the Studd Stable victory. Sting comes out and shows the ref Terry Funk who had hid under the ring and was crawling to the back. The decision is reversed and Dustin and Steamboat are given the win instead. Fun stuff.
  4. What the hell??? Hogan cuts a heel promo for some reason on a beach.
  5. This was awesome. The Studd Stable just going insane about War Games. Great stuff.
  6. New Jack dropped the n bomb and I laughed hysterically. Awesome. Surely, there was outrage over that. The match was really only an occurrence meaning it wasn't good or bad at all. The post-match mugging was great though.
  7. Scott Bowden is amusingly disgusted that Dave Brown would accuse the Dark Patriot of being Doug Gilbert. Rich and Landell bloody one of the Moondogs after getting the other locked outside of the studio. This was okay.
  8. Landell and Rich complain about the Moondogs attack, hospital bills, and the USWA. They decide to go on strike. Good stuff.
  9. Great match that I enjoyed but this was excessive and too long. The mechanics were fine and the selling was great but it could have ended at 30 minutes instead of 41. It became evident at the 30 minute mark that they were prolonging the match to make an "epic." I loved that Kobashi threw the kitchen sink at Doc but it took too long to do that. I still found this great but it could have been excellent if it'd been shortened.

Yoshiaki Fujiwara vs. Yoshiaki Yatsu (NJ 8/5/94) 24. El Satanico/Perro Aguayo vs. Konnan/Cien Caras (AAA 8/19/94) This has been the worst and most disappointing month of the year so far. Hopefully, the Fall will pick up the pace a little bit.
  11. The Public Enemy change Eastern with Extreme at the ECW logo. Hogan is clearly more of a thug than these two because he definitely does spray paint much quicker.
  12. Extreme Championship Wrestling is born! Shane Douglas cuts the best promo of his life and throws the NWA title belt to the floor and retrieves the ECW title and declares himself the ECW champion instead. Coralluzzo cuts what seems to be a planned interview and then Todd Gordon closes down Eastern Championship Wrestling and immediately begins Extreme Championship Wrestling.
  13. This is the famous Tommy Dreamer caning. Tommy's back gets mutilated. This segment is awfully long though.
  14. The first two-thirds of this was boring as hell with excessive attempts at an escape. I thought the final third was great and the finish was tremendous. The drama was great and there were some nice escape spots. Ultimately, this is a good match that is hampered severely by endless attempts at escaping the cage. This would have been far better if it was pinfall or submission with intense brawling.
  15. This was a pretty effective turn I thought. The crowd seemed genuinely pissed at all this.
  16. Helen thinking that Owen's behavior was caused by a fever was tremendous. Davey Boy looks hilarious. All of the Hart's stammer. Bret cuts a good promo before the big match.
  17. This was a fun match that was laid out very well. I honestly can't get into Nash still but the lay out was exceptional. He does seem to try harder though.
  18. This was a very impressive match from Bull. She adapts to the style very well and puts on a good performance. I love the crowds reaction to her twisting and contorting Blayze. Very good match.
  19. This is such bullshit. Hogan comes across as a corrupt champion who has the front office in his pocket.
  20. Fuck that, this shit was awesome. Yes, it was overproduced and ridiculous but I see it as Dusty Rhodes (the old WCW) inserting himself into the new WCW which is full of overproduction and melodrama to find a team who's "nasty" enough to go with the big boys who end their disputes in tough fights. Basically, I've always seen this feud to be the last "WCW feud" ever.
  21. Cactus cuts a good promo in severing his ties with Kevin Sullivan and in a way WCW. Dave Sullivan comes out and aggressively tries to bargain with Cactus. Evad gets DDT'ed for his troubles.
  22. Boo Bradley (Balls Mahoney) debuts as a retarded bully. Hilarious. This is all because Candido and Tammy got rid of Brian Lee.
  23. New Jack cuts another great promo and he's on a role this month so far.
  24. Walter Payton lets Shawn Michaels know he'll keep him in line at Summerslam. Good stuff.
