Selfishly, I'm not the least bit mad that we wont see UE vs The Elite as a long term feud on TV, and I'm very interested how TK pivots as it was pretty clear the idea was to build to a big Cole + friends vs Omega + Young Bucks. I guess Hangman will become a big piece of this new puzzle?
Considering the roster they have and how they work matches, it's VERY hard for AEW to put on PPV that doesn't have at least a couple of very good-great matches. The only issue they can have is that shows can stretch for too long and most fans end up exhausted.
The main thing about All Out is how they've been promoting and selling this PPV. If somehow this does as well as last year's All Out then Adderall Man clearly knows something we don't because not having 1 single "money" program booked with anticipation for your biggest show of the year is wild as fuck.
Danielson is also someone that's very loyal to Vince. Gotta wonder if in 2 more years when his deal expires and WWE comes calling with a big part timer offer he's gonna be as receptive as if Vince would still be around.
I mean, if All Out becomes their most successful PPV to date then Adderall Man would have taught us all a lesson I guess. But if it doesn't, it's just weird fucking booking.
I get this match is gonna be crazy and it's getting like 25 minutes but man, I gotta think they are saving something for the ending? Like, I still can't believe we have no main event/world title match for the PPV yet, lol.
I guess Punk couldn't make it to All Out, was rushed by TK so he could drop the strap (so Punk gets pissed off and that's why he almost no shows last week?) and book a big match for Dynamite to pop a rating?
I mostly agree, but the crowd was really into it. As silly as it is, it's working as it's by far the biggest reaction GarcĂa has gotten from the AEW fanbase. Silly shit like this can only work in wrestling, to be honest.
