I'm a little late, but I'm gonna guess the guy Michaels chewed out was Terry Taylor who people forget is a agent/trainer in NXT. He is, from several accounts, notoriously a massive racist and is possibly the main catalyst for the WCW racism lawsuits. It could also be Road Dogg, but he doesn't have the history of racist behavior as Taylor as far as I know. It could also be some complete unknown producer. I'm just saying Terry Taylor seems like a likely choice.

Gronk is gonna bomb bad as a baby face. Guy has a Miz type quality to him and would probably be great as an annoying heel.

Shayna didn't seem to get much of a reaction in the ring last night, the Rumble, or Survivor Series . I could see her style being too "dry", for the lack of a better word, to really connect with the WWE fan. She doesn't have the charisma, it factor, and dynamic athleticism of a Brock or Ronda. I could see her getting the wrong kind of heat if they have her squash Becky.

I remember reading something a few months ago that said the four guys Vince wants to be the cornerstones of his company are Reigns, The Fiend, Rollins, and Corbin. So, he isn't going away any time soon. The fact that I only like one of those guys (Roman) isn't doing much for my long term interest in the company.

He's carrying the tradition of Joey Styles of beloved announcer I don't get. He's even worse though and is very bad at basic elements of announcing like getting the story of the match over or having chemistry with other announcers and knowing when to let them talk. To some fans knowing the names of all the moves means you are a great announcer, but there's more to it than yelling and knowing the moves. His fans say that he's the best because he was excited. If that's all wrestling fans want from announcers I'd take Don West any day of the week.

Liv slowly finally getting to her point after rambling for a bit before the fight didn't help. That was prevalent during the AJ/Orton angle too. The WWE promo style of saying nothing for minutes and minutes and slowly finally getting to the point is so unbearable.

The quality of so bad it's good wrestlecrap must of gone down, because I found that end angle boring, unfunny, and repetitive. Probably the least entertaining wrestling wedding angle and I'm a sucker for those

The British Bulldog/Ken Shamrock feud had a lot of dog food. Didn't a lot of older Southern promotions have heels force the babyface to eat dog food? This might have Bruce Prichard's fingerprints all over it.

I bet they'll pop a decent rating for Smackdown since who the hell knows who's gonna be on it and people might turn in for the curiosity factor which never happens in WWE anymore. I imagine it will be the women, Daniel Bryan, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and maybe some NXT talent.

This storyline just hits the right level of trashiness for me. It should be bad, but everyone is super committed and it's nowhere near as channel changingly embarrassing as Shorty G or The Fiend/Seth feud.

Uh, I didn't watch but from the clip it looked Fury was mocking how strong Braun was. Fury is a bit of a ham and does goofy shit like that all the time so that's what it looked like to me.

It says so much about the match that The Fiend's awful cartoon character giant mallet is like the 6th or 7th stupidest thing that happened. That killed any credibility the character had with me.

I really liked the first two matches on the main show, but that main event is gonna forever taint anything good on this show.

This is absolutely awful. One of the worst matches in years for me. Just a shit show.

I liked Ziggler last night more than Seth in like the last 4 years, so I guess him.

He's been at every show since like 2013. Maybe before. The guy with the neon green smiley face shirt. The long haired fan and his mom were always regulars too although he changed his look a bit with a goatee.

I think that might of created the subgenre of self conscious self conscious epic. These Gargano matches over the last year definitely has Shawn and Hunter's finger prints all over them.

I'd rather watch that horrific abomination of the near 50 minute HHH/HBK Hell In A Cell match than any of these Cole/Gargano matches. I was a huge Johnny Gargano fan from the Ciampa CWC match in 2016 up until the Gargano/Ciampa series last year, but he has taken everything I liked about him and pushed it so far that I wish he'd go away for a while. And, I still like this current form of Gargano so much more than Cole. Cole is the one guy I just don't understand. I don't think he has a lot of charisma, he doesn't have a look that sticks out, his ring style is pretty dull, he doesn't do anything different than a bunch of other guys in wrestling do, his interviews are just sort of there. I'd probably be more into a O'Reilly or Strong NXT superpush than Cole. Yet with all that said, he manages to get really over wherever he goes and he stays over no matter what he does. I don't really know why so many fans connect to him, but it's just something that I have to accept if I want to continue watching the NXT Takeovers. A short summary, the main event of NXT is absolutely brutal at this point. There really needs to be a shakeup on the roster. I don't watch the main show. Is there any reason guys like Keith Lee, Kushida, ACH, Shane Strickland, and Trevor Lee or whatever their new names are aren't doing anything or on these cards. It would shake things up from how all the cards from the last 2 years feature Undisputed Era, Shayna, Dream, Gargano, Ciampa (He's hurt but I imagine when he returns they do a long Ciampa/Cole title feud), and Dunne.

Maybe have Brock squash Seth in the opening match, then have a battle Royal with all those guys to determine a new challenger for Brock. Would definitely jazz things up.

I mean Summerslam is in a few days and no matches for Roman, Bryan, Braun, Rey, Andrade, Sami Zayn, Aleister Black, Cesaro, the tag division, Cedric, Drew, Ali, and Nakamura That's a lot of valuable guys without a match. I imagine a few matches are gonna be added, but the amount of amazing talent without a match on the second biggest show of the year is staggering.

I've always thought he was the weakest and least interesting of the three Shield guys. I do like him in tag matches and he'd excel at that, but I don't think he's anywhere near to top guy material and never has been. He might be one of the worst promos to hold the title ever. Even Jinder could get some inflection out of his voice. I didn't like the promo on Monday either. That was a easy lob for the alley oop and Seth missed it. Bandaged up injured babyface giving a defiant promo to the heel after a beatdown should always get a big reaction, but Seth was getting the what chants and not a lot of pops as he flatly said his lines in a monotone voice. I'm hoping Brock wins the belt and Seth gets shipped down the card a bit to the Upper Midcard level or in a tag team which is where he's at his best. There are at least 15 guys, I'd prefer in this role to Seth. Maybe more. I was never a huge Balor fan, but they really should've went with him at WM over Seth. The Rumble match with Brock was very good and heated and they could've played on how he pushed Brock to the limit without having to be The Demon. Then they do The Beast vs The Demon at WM.

Maybe, it's because I haven't seen that much violence and brutality in a wrestling match in a while but I absolutely adored that main event. I remember Blue Demon Jr. being pretty bland when I saw him a long time ago, but that match was just perfectly done with the hatred escalating and finally coming to the crescendo. The hammer stuff was disgusting. Both guys were fantastic. I'd probably have it as a MOTYC but I haven't seen a ton of wrestling this year.
