Vince: That’s right Jesse. The Hulkster is here and Hulkamania is alive and well, plus, we are on the brink of the WWF World Heavyweight Title Tournament! Jesse: I still think it is a downright shame the way those brackets were laid out… I mean look at Bundy and Studd… they are going to have to face one another! Vince: That is not for sure by any means… I am sure Sargent Slaughter and Tony Atlas will have something to say about it! Jesse: They may talk and talk but everyone knows the issue with Killer Khan is far, far from over! Vince: Speaking of Killer Khan, he will face the Hulkster at a special WWF event tonight in Hollywood, Florida and perhaps a measure of revenge will be gained. Right now, Khan is in action, let’s go to the ring. Killer Khan w/ Lord Alfred Hayes defeated SD Jones -Khan is a mad man here tonight and Lord Alfred has got him on a very short leash. Khan hammers away at SD Jones like there is no tomorrow and then he goes for the kill with a nasty ASIATIC SPIKE and then he continues to hold the thumb down into the throat of SD Jones as he is coughing up blood in this gruesome scene. Khan has won and he holds his arm high in the air. You got one thing right there Dibiase… you and I have fought all over the country. Well tonight… it is the bright lights of Hollywood… Hollywood, Florida that is… and you will be looking up at the lights… TOUGH GUY! HOOOO! Lord Alfred Hayes: Last week, Hulk Hogan made his surprise debut in the WWF and needless to say the world was shocked but I was not. My Killer Khan was ready and Hulk Hogan, it is just a few short hours away when he will put a beating on you unlike any man has ever done. You say that Hulkamania will last forever, but it is going to be the battle of a lifetime tonight and you will be unable to recover. The Asiatic Spike is going to go down your throat and you will fall at our hands! Hulk Hogan: Well lemme tell you something Lord Alfred Hayes… you may have a group of misfits around you brother, but I have got millions and millions of Hulkamaniacs in my corner. Hogan poses Superstars off the air as Vince and Jesse put over how the tide has changed here in the WWF!
  5. All set. I guess if anyone wants to donate talent to the draft already we could do that... I know I have got two people who may be added... one for sure so I can go 5 rounds. Brad Rhenigans is released to the draft from the WWF
  6. And also for the sake of saying... no one can show up on your cards until the draft is complete.
  7. There are a TON of great picks in the number one spot... Fenton has his work cut out for him. Remember, if you draft a tag team, it takes up two consecutive picks. Who in 1984 is the top talent to pick from this group? Harley Race, Bockwinkle, Larry Z, Snuka? Who is the best tag team? The Fantastics (Current NWA World Tag Team Champs), Rock N Roll, Midnights (If you join Eaton and Condrey), Guerreros? This should play out well.
  8. Any questions or comments can go here so we can keep the draft page open for just the picks..
  9. Okay fellas, here we go with the 1984 Expansion Draft! Remember that all of you get a +4 to pump your roster up to 45. Now if you want to make that 5th pick, you will need to release someone to keep under the cap. Here is the master order by which we will snake for 5 rounds... Round 1 1. MACW - Harley Race 2. LUTTE - Eddie Gilbert 3. WWF - Dynamite Kid 4. USWA - The Iron Sheik 5. MEMPHIS - Rock N Roll Express 6. AWA - Don Muraco Round 2 1. AWA - Bad News Allen 2. MEMPHIS - Rock N Roll Express 3. USWA - Chris Adams 4. WWF - Jimmy Snuka 5. LUTTE - Dennis Condrey 6. MACW - James J Dillon Round 3 1. MACW - Larry Zbyszko 2. LUTTE - Randy Rose 3. WWF -Jimmy Hart 4. USWA - Gary Hart 5. MEMPHIS - Buddy Landell 6. AWA - Chavo Guerrero Round 4 1. AWA - USWA - Bobby Eaton 2. MEMPHIS - Bill Dundee 3. USWA - 4. WWF - Masked Superstar 5. LUTTE -Jim Cornette 6. MACW - Bobby Fulton Round 5 1. MACW - Tommy Rogers 2. LUTTE - USWA -Baby Doll 3. WWF - Nick Bockwinkel 4. USWA - Brad Armstrong 5. MEMPHIS - Adrian Street 6. AWA - Ricky Santana PICKS BY PROMOTION MACW Harley Race JJ Dillon Larry Z Tommy Rogers Bobby Fulton LUTTE Eddie Gilbert Dennis Condrey Randy Rose Jim Cornette WWF Dynamite Kid Jimmy Snuka Jimmy Hart Masked Superstar Nick Bockwinkel USWA The Iron Sheik Chris Adams Gary Hart Baby Doll Bobby Eaton Brad Armstrong MEMPHIS Ricky Morton Robert Gibson Buddy Landell Bill Dundee Adrian Street AWA Don Muraco Bad News Allen Chavo Guerrero Ricky Santana I will update the list accordingly as we go through and then update the master database once everything is completed. Now... some rules and regulations that will be posted on the draft page.... there are a number of teams & stables entered. For instance, Hector, Mando, and Chavo Guerrero are entered as 1 unit... in order to get the three of them, you will need to use three consecutive picks. Now perhaps you just want Chavo and Mando... that takes two consecutive picks... but on your 5th pick, Hector is still out there so you can pick him up with no issues. Now say for instance you see Dennis Condrey & Randy Rose as a team... but you only want Condrey... then you can simply draft him and split up the team... but if you want both of them... then you draft both to take up two consecutive picks. Now I guess you guys want to see the list... 10. Okay fellas... the past couple of hours have shed some light on things and I think it is time that we cut some ties and pull some triggers. First things first, JPrice hasn't been on in over 30 days so he is out as this is his second time (He was previously PWSony) and PerfectlyStraightedge has been removed from Florida. Any deals you had in place with these guys are null and void. Florida, Portland, Southeastern, & WWA's rosters will all be put together into the Summer Expansion Draft. With 126 individuals, 12 teams/stables, and 12 managers, this will be a huge expansion for everyone. To cap this off, everyone is getting a +4 on their rosters for 4 free picks... however the draft itself is going to be 5 rounds so if you want the 5th pick, you will need to release someone when all is said and done. Now... some rules and regulations that will be posted on the draft page.... there are a number of teams & stables entered. Hopefully these rules make sense... Remember you can enter this draft if you'd like... or you don't have to. You don't have to use all 5 picks either... you could done 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5... it is your choice. All individuals/teams/stables/managers not drafted will go into Free Agency! Here is the order... 1. MACW 2. LUTTE 3. WWF 4. USWA 5. MEMPHIS 6. AWA Let me know if you have any questions. The draft pages will be created tomorrow and we can get it started from there with a 24 hour window for each pick... we will start the draft around 10am central

I am Gorilla Monsoon alongside Bobby the Brain Heenan. Brain, what is the matter this week? You don’t have that normal glow? Heenan: Don’t patronize me Monsoon… you saw… Gorilla: Saw what? Did I see Rick Rude and Hercules blow their shot last week? Heenan: NO! That was the first thing… then we saw the brackets… how in the world were John Studd and Bundy put on the same side of the bracket? We planned on them meeting in the finals. Sharing the title for a couple of months at a time… we’d all be rich… Gorilla: Doesn’t look like that’s going to happen… Heenan: Don’t even start with me Monsoon! Gorilla: Fans we have got a lot of action on the program… plus the latest news on the World Tag Team Titles… Heenan: You want to talk about a miscarriage of justice… the Russians… MAN O MAN! Gorilla: Well the way I see it… when you step in to defend a title… if you lose… you lose! Heenan: I see the other side of the coin… it was Nikita who won the title and Kruschev who lost it… he isn’t a normal member of the team! Gorilla: We will see what the board of directors has to say about it… right now the Russians are in action, let’s go to the ring! Ivan & Nikita Koloff defeated Brady Boone & Omar Atlas -A nice opener with an inset promo from the Russians. Ivan lets us know that Nikita was sick and couldn’t defend the titles so the match should be thrown out. Gorilla and Bobby have dissenting views on the matter and we will get word in the Event Center on what will happen. Inside the ring, Nikita kills both men with Sickles for the 1…2…3! The Russians look good and look to be on the hunt for gold! *COMMERCIAL* -WC is back with Gorilla and Bobby bantering about the titles. They put over Rick Martel as the IC champion and talk about his defenses this weekend. They put over how the IC title is defended against contenders and if someone where to win the title, they would face the next challenger. They turn their attention to the World Title tournament and talk about some of the favorites. Jim Duggan’s name is brought up and Heenan says he has some members of the Family who would like to get rid of him. We then cut to the ring for action… Hacksaw Jim Duggan defeated Johnny Rodz -Hacksaw makes quick work of Johnny Rodz. Gorilla and Bobby put over his strength and say he has a chance in the tournament but Heenan thinks it will be someone with Brains who wins the title… not brawn. Inside the ring though, Duggan nails a huge flying clothesline from the three point stance for the 1…2…3!! *COMMERCIAL* WWF Event Center HULK HOGAN Vince is in the event center and he is pumping up Hulk Hogan like there is no tomorrow. Let me tell you something right now Hogan… if you want to shake a leg at this Hot Scot, you just name the time and the place. Until then… I am going to rid the WWF of Randy Savage. You talk about being the Macho Man and the wild man of the WWF… you are wild enough for the Rowdy One… and tonight in Boston, you are going to get all that is coming to you! Randy Savage: Ohh yeahhh… Roddy Piper likes to talk… he likes to open his mouth up real wide and say anything he wants… well tonight he is going to get it SHUT! You look at all the top contenders dude… you talk about Killer Khan… Big John Studd… Ted Dibiase… Rowdy Roddy Piper… there are plenty of names for the Hulkster to scrap with brother… now where does it all start… perhaps with the biggest of them all… Big John Studd! Now Studd… I have heard you call out by good friend Andre the Giant dude… and if you aren’t careful… you might get exactly what you’ve been wishing for brother. I have contacted the big man and before too long… it will be your worst nightmare when you look across the ring from both of us… and WHATCHA GONNA DO WHEN ANDRE AND THE HULKSTER RUN WILD ON YOUUUUU! *COMMERCIAL* -WC is back with Gorilla putting over the arrival of Hulk Hogan. Heenan says that the Family has a special plan for Hogan and they are going to dispose of him before he gets a head too big to know what he’s good for. Gorilla says the Hulkster has got a lot of friends to help him if need be and Heenan says that won’t be enough. They turn their attention to a man who has had some problems with the Family… that is Ivan Putski! Ivan Putski defeated Baron Mikel Scicluna -Putski looks good here tonight and Gorilla and Bobby put him over. Bobby says that Hercules would love to get his hands on him again if he were to accept the challenge. They talk about William Regal as someone who is on the hot seat right now. They talk about Hayes aligning himself with Killer Khan and he may just be the man who puts the Sarge down. Gorilla and Bobby then put over Superstars tomorrow and talk about Khan being in action along with the Brisco Brothers, Rick Rude, and Hulk Hogan! Gorilla puts over the Sarge and says he will challenge any man, any time and Heena talks about how Bundy is looking forward to facing him next week in Philly. Regal once again looks outmatched here and we see him with some very tough offence but it just isn’t enough to combat the Sarge who takes him apart and then finishes him with the Cobra Clutch. Regal has no choice but to go out and then we see the real issue. Lord Alfred gets in the ring and he is berating this young man something awful! He is screaming and cursing at him as Gorilla and Bobby put it over… they wonder what will come of all this… they to tune into Superstars tomorrow for more WWF action!

  16. As an update... the WWF sends Hillbilly Jim and Uncle Elmer to Memphis for Jack and Jerry Brisco
  17. Thanks patrick. In regards to the Briscos, it is a very front end loaded deal. They both retire in early 85 but have a ton of star power right now to get me to that point. Glad you liked the special... I am sure it is a bloated house show card but it could set the stage for a special event around march...
  18. WWF on Tour 7/8/84 New York City, NY – Madison Square Garden – Shown on MSG Network! Gorilla: Welcome everyone to the spectacle… the Mecca… Madison Square Garden! I am Gorilla Monsoon alongside Jesse the Body Ventura. Jess, we have got a loaded card and the fans are ready for a great night of action! Gorilla: We will see that open challenge plus Randy Macho Man Savage will be taking on Rowdy Roddy Piper! Fan it is time to get things going, let’s head to the ring! Sgt. Slaughter vs The Barbarian w/ Lord Alfred Hayes -A really fun opener with the Sarge coming out to a huge ovation. The Barbarian looks like a complete monster here tonight. We get a nice 8-minute contest with the Sarge having to fight back against this monster of a man. Barbarian looks to finish off Sarge but he comes back with some big shots and then he clotheslines Barb out of the ring ot the floor. These two fight for a couple of seconds as Lord Alfred looks to nail Sarge with the cane, but he grabs it and pushes him away before hammering it into Barb’s belly and jumping back inside the ring as the referee counts to 10! Sarge is the winner via count out and the crowd pops as Gorilla and Jesse put him over in a big way. They talk about how he will be facing Big John Studd in Philly in the world title tournament. They put over the IC title match when we come back! *COMMERCIAL* -We are back with Gorilla and Jesse putting over the World Title tournament and they talk about the brackets and how it will all conclude right here on August the 5th in MSG! They talk about Ricky Martel and the IC title. They put over how he has defending it week in and week out but Jesse says he wants to see him defend against the former champion, Gino Hernandez! Gorilla says if he earned the shot he will get it! Tonight Rick Rude gets the chance of a lifetime and he is looking to cash in with the Brain by his side! INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP Rick Martel © vs Rick Rude w/ Bobby Heenan -A really hot contest here as Rude is working a “Memphis” style, with a lot of taunting. Bobby Heenan is helping him get his physic over in a big way. Martel can work the crowd with the best of them though and the women in MSG love him. These two go 11-minutes but it is nothing special. We see a lot of Rude hitting power moves and then stalling. We get a couple of close comebacks from Martel but Heenan gets involved multiple times. In the closing moments we see Martel fighting back in a big way. He is looking to finish as he hoists Rude up and slams him down with a nice belly-to-belly suplex. He then locks in the Boston Crab and he is rocking back and forth. Rude is taping out and not soon enough as GINO HERNANDEZ RUNS INTO THE RING AND NAILS MARTEL! We have got a melee! Gino is hammering down on Martel and then he starts opening up on him with some big right hands! Gorilla and Jesse put it over as officials and agents run down and back him off. Somewhere down the line we will see these two go at it! *COMMERCIAL* -We are back at MSG as Gorilla and Jesse are putting over the WWF in a big way and this incoming feud with Andre the Giant and Big John Studd. Jesse puts over how this is the first time they will be meeting in the WWF. Gorilla puts over both teams and says this is a main event anywhere in the country. He talks about the ramifications of a match like this and what it could mean for 5 of these 6 guys being involved in the World Title Tournament. We cut to the ring for this huge match up… SIX-MAN TAG Andre the Giant, Tony Atlas, & Hacksaw Duggan vs Big John Studd, King Kong Bundy, & Ted Dibiase w/ Bobby Heenan -Colossal is the word to describe this one as we have got some of the biggest names in the sport coming to the ring. These guys get about 18-minutes to put forth a great six-man contest. The wrestling takes place with Dibiase as he makes Atlas and Duggan look like stars. The spectacle is seeing Andre in there with Bundy and then Studd. The MSG crowd gets a TASTE of it but not too much of a bite. Gorilla and Jesse put it through the roof as Andre and Studd is about to explode. The anticipation mounts but settles as the match sets in for a while and then we get into the finish. Studd and Bundy have doubled up on Duggan and he is in a bad way but he is able to make a huge tag to Atlas who comes in line a house of fire. We get chaos in the ring before seeing Dibiase knee Atlas out of the ring to the floor. Andre hits a double clothesline on Studd and Bundy and they go out of the ring to the floor. Duggan out of nowhere with a huge flying shoulder block on Dibiase and he goes down before Andre with a SPLASH ON DIBIASE for the 1….2…3! Heenan is going nuts as he rejoins his men and they back up the aisle. We see Andre and company celebrate as Gorilla and Jesse put this through the roof! *COMMERCIAL* -We cut to quick footage from the injury that Killer Khan gave to Ricky Steamboat last week in Houston, Texas. We see Khan ramming Steamboat’s throat on the guardrail and then applying the nerve hold, which put him down and out. We cut to the arena where Lord Alfred Hayes is in the middle of the ring with Khan… Lord Alfred: Now you people do me the honor of keeping quiet. I have come here tonight with my men to prove a point that these wonders from around the world are the most dangerous and destructible in the world of professional wrestling. We showed Ricky Steamboat what we meant with that comment and here tonight, my Killer Khan has put forth an open challenge to any man who thinks they challenge him! Who will it be? Who is here? Who can challenge my man? -THE CROWD THEN POPS when we hear ‘Eye of the Tiger’ and here comes HULK HOGAN! He has got his white tights and blue boots and white American-Made shirt. Hogan gets into the ring and he works the crowd before Khan attacks him from behind! Hulk Hogan vs Killer Khan w/ Lord Alfred -A HOT start right now with Khan all over Hogan as he rips his shirt off and chokes him. Hogan is selling like he is suffocating for his life but makes a great move to duck through the ropes and take Khan outside of the ring. Hogan begins to get his bearings as Khan comes at him but Hogan moves and throws him into the ring post! These two fight outside of the ring for a moment and the crowd is going wild. Hogan then turns to Hayes and grabs him. Khan then reaches in his tights and pulls something out. The referee tries to stop him but gets pushed to the ground. 24. Very upset to see this news Jhawk. WWA was a true classic territory. I know that everyone has a lot going on... all I ask is continue to do your best. We will keep the ship going forward. Update on others, I have contract JPrice who hasn't signed in since June 12th about Portland, so we will see what happens with him. Sutton has said he wants to take over Southeastern, just hasn't pulled the trigger yet. I will stay on top of it and get some more recruiting going.
