MACW is up then AWA then Stampede for 2

Everything is updated... as a quick thought... when I did the rounds, I forgot to take into account managers, I did the number as a whole. Memphis and AWA are more than welcome to continue past where I put the finishing round, I will update it as needed if you don't drop before that point.

I completely agree... I think the only ones on that list that we've put together are Hickerson, Hernandez, and you could make a case for Nikita as being guys who come in and instantly could do something if booked the right way.

I'd even agree not to use him until May. He is without a doubt one of my all time favorites and it is just a shame he died when he did. I can assure you that from MAy of 1984 to February of 1986, he is going to be one of the top stars in this world of wrestling.

Mid South is going to finish up the draft with Jose Lothario and officially drops the rest of the rounds. I am going to HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to try and finish this by Sunday! That way we can start using these guys as soon as possible. A rule of thumb to follow, I currently have 28 of the 36 cap. Whomever doesn't get drafted from my roster will come back to me, and then I need to cut down to 36. For the NEW promotions, if there is someone you are hell bent on getting, draft them, but if you are just picking jobbers for jobbers sake, you can do that through free agency once the draft continues.

I like that idea Dex... almost align it with the roster cap bumps to give everyone at least 1 free rookie and if they want more they will have to drop. So like April 1st, we would have a draft in which everyone from January through April would be available and then another in July. Now with bias, I am going to not be overly big on this idea as there is no hiding the fact that I will draft Gino Hernandez and instead of being able to use him in May, I know have to wait three more months and he's already on borrowed time which kind of stinks. But if it is best for the group, let's do work.

I appreciate the feedback guys. I think everyone has a good point on the drafts. Those of us int he draft just had our influx and as you can see from the fresh face lists... there definitely needs to be some research done to boost those numbers as there had to be more people who started off in some of those months. I don't think there needs to be a poll but this is an easy place to just put your opinion. I do think we move this draft to May and start it on May 1st. That gives those of us who just drafted time to maneuver people around and build that talent. Then we can draft in May and start the guys out in June. Then we could do the 85 draft in January of next year and keep that system in place as long as the project continues.

I agree. I don't want people to get bogged down with too many people. If anything the 36 is great... perhaps some bigger names can be cut if they aren't doing work. We have to be willing to go that route.

The only addendum would be for Stampede to move up, but with the way we put it, he would go to the back since he is the "newest" but he also got the first pick in the big draft so it kind of cancels it out.

I think if we did the draft it would have to be mid year though right? To kind of play off the ones who have started and the one who will start? I am game for either... I'd hope we'd keep the fresh face order that we just agreed upon as I just need to add MACW then Stampede to the list.

This one should be done by the end of the weekend... Sunday that is. Then we can set up the January draft upon its completion... that one should go quicker. I will work on getting it set up as soon as this one concludes.

I don't know... but I guess I am going to go with Eddie Hogan aka Brutus Beefcake... he doesn't quite fit my mold but I have got some ideas for him.

I agree... just slipped my mind to put them in there from the get go. I didn't view them as part of a dispersal draft of all existing talents. That's on me.

I just want to make sure someone didn't NOT get someone from free agency by throwing them in there so late as they weren't part of the start of the draft is all I meant.
