lol @ Angle scuttling backwards like a crab

They should've just done the solo match.

What the fuck was that suplex?
-
This match is going to be heatless until Ronda actually wrestles.

This is the one mixed gender tag where everyone should be wearing a sports bra.

Confirmed female Triple-H. At least she wasn't racist in the buildup.

Charlotte's shakiness before that Spanish Fly really made me wonder how well that was gonna go.

Jericho moves as slowly as Kevin Owens looks like he should move.

Jericho's wearing a party store version of his usual Wrestlemania entrance gear.

I wonder what it feels like to be Shane McMahon the morning after a match like this.

For those of you who don't want to watch Snuka and think he shouldn't be honored in any way because of the very credible murder allegations, why are you okay with watching Vince and WWE for all these years? Vince allegedly played a large role in ensuring that justice wasn't served in this case.

He isn't really a "callup". He was already lead writer of Smackdown before he went to NXT in 2014, and I don't remember Smackdown being so good at the time.

It would be ironic if Steph finally enters a feud with another woman where she should get her comeuppance but can't take a bump because she's pregnant. Gotta keep the heat on the McMahons at all times.

Well, at least we get the UK Championship tournament out of it. I wonder how long that belt will last.

Kind of disappointing that they probably aren't going to have a real women's feud on Raw going into Wrestlemania and are once again considering a multiwoman match for the title. I guess that means Bayley vs. Charlotte will be finished in 1 or 2 PPVs, with someone else interjecting to lead to the Mania match? On the more positive side, for whatever reason the multiwomen matches have been some of the more tolerable multiperson matches in recent memory. I'm sure it will at least be good as a match if it does happen.

It's sad they didn't give Asuka a better opponent like they do on other house shows, but maybe because it was going on the Network they didn't want to show her having a competitive match with Daria or Ember Moon. Nia is just bad. She's a monster heel, but there are 14 year-old kids in Stardom that have stronger looking offense than her. She shouldn't have gone up to the main roster in the first place, but now what do you do with her?

Corbin did pretty well in the main event with two vets, although he did mess up that ref spot and some of his selling on the outside looked awkward. If they do decide to push him, who does he feud with? I don't really want to see more Corbin/Ziggler singles matches any time soon. Is it just me, or is the End of Days one of those finishers where you sometimes can't tell who is getting hurt more?

It's a lot easier to compare wrestlers and matches to their peers within a promotion or style than to compare Titanes en el Ring and Battlarts. Even within a particular style, you have to start with an assumed idealized form of that style, and others might disagree with your idealization. Even a particular point like "selling" can't be compared out of context, as overselling can be negative (or at least hilarious, e.g. Michaels vs. Hogan) and underselling is itself a dramatic device.

It might not make financial sense to bring her in, but that hasn't stopped them in the past few years with Brock. She's not going to be ready to have a match at Mania this year and SummerSlam is at a small venue that they're going to sell out regardless. There's also the non-drawing "moment creation" and "brand awareness" aspect of this. To quote Stephanie herself from a few days ago: I doubt you really need to rehab her at all for a special attraction match. If she gets in the ring, gives someone her intense stare, and is treated like a big deal, the fans in the arena will pop. There are a few routes I could see her involvement taking. She could do the special ref thing, get involved in the finish, and have a singles match with the competitor she screwed. Since Charlotte is the only non-McMahon they care about pushing hard, this doesn't work that well since she's probably going to stay a heel. They could just come out and do the blatant special attraction match with Stephanie and have it not involve anyone else on the roster. The original rumor was for a mixed tag with The Rock, which would better hide her lack of wrestling experience, but in their mind does it really make sense to burn 2 celebrities and 2 McMahons on one match?

There's one thing I've never really understood correctly and found to be a bit cartoonish. Why are wrestlers identified as rudo or tecnico so explicitly in lucha? Even though it's usually completely obvious in American wrestling, we wouldn't see wrestlers actually introduced as good or evil.

In a move that surprises no one, the Observer is reporting that WWE has prohibited the wrestlers it is keeping on retainer from working WCPW at all.

Does that make Stephanie Linda?

But if he can't even dispatch the underboss, how is he going to look credible against the real end boss himself
