  1. I only know that apparently, Vince didn't want AJ to lose 2 years in a row to Brock Lesnar so that's why he made the title switch. I'm thinking that either AJ interferes in the Lesnar/Bryan match or he subs in for Shane for Team Smackdown. Let's remember that RAW still hasn't retaliated for the SD Live women's invasion led by Becky on Monday.
  2. I would probably go with the RAW in January 99 when Mick Foley won his first WWF Championship. Just for the sheer pop the finish got with Austin costing The Rock the title and everything. Also, this is where it completely changed for WWF in the Monday Night Wars, following the infamous Tony Schiavone "Boy, that's gonna put butts in the seats!" line.
  3. We can shit on Lana's wrestling skills all we want but she behaved like a pro 1000 times better than Nia Jax did on Monday.

  5. Down the road, there definitely should be something involving Becky and Nia. Whether it's a title match or something in the Rumble (I'm convinced that Becky is winning the Women's Rumble this year so I see her drop the title prior to the Rumble) but as a fan, you gotta make sure to get maximum heat for Becky. I hate Nia for how careless she was on Monday but I'd definitely wanna see a resolution between Becky an Nia down the road.
  6. You make a valid point, as I was also expecting Ronda to be inserted in the RAW Women's Survivor Series team but at the same time, I can't help but think that WWE is realizing what they now have with Becky Lynch as literally the most over act in WWE, like overwhelmingly being cheered by the crowd since they planted the seeds for Ronda vs Becky - and Ronda had pretty much been getting very positive reactions since she debuted. So, in that regard, I don't have any qualms about WWE hotshotting Ronda vs Charlotte, since they're pretty much doing it by necessity because one of their employees didn't bother working safe with one half of the most anticipated programs for Survivor Series.
  7. I think it's been made pretty clear in dirtsheets recently that despite Vince not attending a lot of TVs lately, everything still is run through him via Titan Towers or his home. So, in the end, it still was Vince who approved of Bryan's heel turn. With that said, I'll say that I didn't entered Smackdown tonight thinking we would end up seeing Daniel Bryan regain the WWE Championship, let alone turn heel as well. I was half-expecting a surprise Brock appearance to attack both AJ & Bryan. But now, it makes me wonder what the hell are they gonna do with AJ on Sunday? Does he run in the Brock/Bryan match? Or can he even replace Shane in team Smackdown?
  8. Agreed. If they can use Becky on the mic until she's cleared to return, they got to.
  9. Brie was as clumsy as Nia is. There's no way Brie should've been involved in the ring right now with all the botches she had in the span of a month. One accident, it happens. Two? Coincidence but yeah, OK. When you're up to 3 and 4, you're just plain clumsy and/or reckless.
  10. You can't just not follow up with the match now. So, yeah, Wrestlemania seems to be the best option. Have Becky win the Rumble and challenge Ronda for her title and beat her for it.
  11. That's horrible timing. Becky's the hottest act on the roster right now and because of Nia Jax's clumsiness, we're robbed of the most interesting match on the card. I guess that Ronda will fill in for someone on the RAW Women's Survivor Series team. Preferrably Nia but I think they're gonna take Nattie out instead.
  12. Tuesday, Week 2 November 2018 RAW -Mike Kanellis & Drew McIntyre beat Kane & Ariya Daivari -The B-Team beat TJP & Cedric Alexander -Noam Dar beat Elias & Lio Rush -Samir Singh beat Chad Gable -Jinder Mahal beat Heath Slater -The Shield (Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose) beat Breezango WWE Universal Championship: Roman Reigns beat Samoa Joe & Bray Wyatt to retain Drake Wuertz officially received his call-up on the main roster as a referee Lots of traffic in the training room following last night's in Pro Wrestling NOAH. First, Masato Tanaka suffered a Strained Abdominal Muscle in a 6-Men Tag Match last night with Eddie Edwards & Mohammed Yone against Go Shiozaki, Cody Hall & Toru Yano in the main event of the Heatseeker Tour event in Kanto. Fortunately for him, he isn't scheduled to miss any ring time. However, the same can't be said about GHC Heavyweight Champion Takashi Sugiura who broke his humerus in his title defense against Akitoshi Saito on the same night. Sugiura will miss 2 months of action and is most likely to vacate his title because of this. Also, DJ Nira suffered a moderate concussion in a 6-men tag with Shiro Tomoyose and Yosuke Watanabe against Guts Ishijima, Masayuki Kono & Shuhei Taniguchi. Nira will miss up to a month of action. Two teams to add to the NOAH tag team division: The New Wave of Kitai Kubo & LEONA and The Revolt of Hi69 and Minoru Tanaka. Referee Daisuke Kido has been offered a contract extension by the promotion To EVOLVE: Max Caster Impact Wrestling & Gursinder Singh have officially announced a contract extension
  13. Still, it's the 3rd woman Nia has injured in roughly a year. First, Bayley with her separated shoulder last year and at Evolution, she gave Zelina Vega a concussion while gorilla pressing her outside the ring. And now, Becky. We could say that there's no big deal to be made out of Bayley & Zelina's injuries but Becky vs Ronda was legitimately the most hyped match of all the Survivor Series card and there's now a chance that the match is off altogether because of Nia's clumsiness. Look, I got all the respect in the world for every wrestler stepping inside a ring but at some point, some stuff needs to be said, regardless if someone's feathers will be ruffled.
  14. Jim Crockett Promotions presents Worldwide Wrestling Taped at WTBS Studios, Atlanta, GA Broadcasted weekend of November 8th, 1986 Quick and dirty results -First, there's an interview with the PYT Express at the broadcast booth. Tony Schiavone & Bob Caudle are hyping the singles match between the Awesome Twosome and the PYT Express. It's officially confirmed that the US Tag Team Titles will be at stake in this one and Schiavone informs the PYT Express and the viewers that Manny Fernandez will represent the Awesome Twosome. But before they address this, they wanna talk about last night's events in Oklahoma City with the appearance of Stagger Lee to replace Koko Ware in the main event. Koko has been accused by the Awesome Twosome and Dibiase to be Stagger Lee but Koko denies it was him as he wanted to be ready to take the US tag team titles away from Fernandez this week on World Championship Wrestling. But Koko still thanks Stagger Lee for his help so he's now cleared to wrestle and he promises that the PYT Express will win the titles this weekend. -George Wells (w/Johnny V) beat Rocky Johnson. Tony Schiavone announces after the match that Rocky will have to co-exist with the Fabulous Blondes since they're gonna be teaming in a Battlebowl Rules 6-Men Tag match against Apocalypse's Rip Oliver & the Renegade Warriors tonight in Little Rock, AR! -Kevin Von Erich comes to the broadcast booth to discuss the recent events leading to the formation of Apocalypse. Kevin admits that like everyone else, he didn't see that coming but he should've known because the Von Erichs have known for years that Gary Hart is the most evil manager the world has ever seen and he will stop at nothing in his obsession to rid pro wrestling of the Von Erichs. But Kevin Von Erich says that Apocalypse might have made the biggest mistake of their lives by alienating themselves from the likes of Paul Orndorff, Bruiser Brody & The Missing Link. All dangerous men in their own rights. If they need the Von Erichs' help, they'll be there. Kevin is interrupted by The Great Gama Singh who's here to complain again about the Von Erichs hogging the spotlight. Gama says he couldn't agree more with Gary Hart about the Von Erichs being a cancer to professional wrestling. And he'd be gladly happy to help him get rid of the Von Erichs, starting with Kevin and later, the undeserving Kerry. It doesn't take too long for Kerry Von Erich to show up and confront Gama Singh. Kerry says that if he wants to tell something to his face, he better do it now or he'll whoop his ass in the ring. Kerry says he worked his butt off every day of his life to get where he is today and he hasn't been given anything. Kerry has heard enough of Gama and wants a match with him right now. Gama accepts but slaps Kevin in the process! An incensed Kerry chases Gama around the ring and we got a match. -Kerry Von Erich beat The Great Gama Singh after interference from Kevin Von Erich, who prevented Gama to use a chair on Kerry behind the referee's back. Kevin applied the Claw long enough for Kerry to hit Gama with the Discus Punch for the win November 8th, 1986 Barton Coliseum, Little Rock, AR -The Flame (w/Gary Hart) beat Tom Prichard (w/James J Dillon) -Baron Von Raschke beat Mr. Wrestling II after Von Raschke counters Mr. Wrestling's loaded mask headbutt with the Claw! After the match, an irate Mr. Wrestling II wants a rematch with Von Raschke. Not only does he want to make sure that both men take part into Battlebowl but he also wants a piece of Von Raschke on Christmas night at Starrcade!!! BattleBowl Rules: The Fabulous Blondes (w/Johnny V) & Rocky Johnson beat "Crippler" Rip Oliver (w/Gary Hart) & The Renegade Warriors after George Wells pinned Mark Youngblood -"Mad Dog" Buzz Sawyer (w/Gary Hart) beat Sweet Brown Sugar -Don "The Pride of" Kernodle beat Dory Funk Jr (w/Gary Hart) -"Maniac" Mark Lewin vs Bull Gantner ends in a no-contest after interference from the Moondogs and Apocalypse members The Flame, Rip Oliver, Buzz Sawyer & Dory Funk Jr. Gantner is in deep trouble, until The Missing Link showed up with A SPIKE and tried to mutilate everyone from Apocalypse in sight. He was able to bust the Moondogs open and got to Lewin but was restrained by several police officers and eventually wardens from the Arkansas State Hospital showed up to put the Link in a straitjacket and usher him from the Barton Coliseum!
  15. I guess we're gonna find more about this tonight but I can't imagine that there won't be heat on whoever busted Becky open last night (allegedly Nia Jax).
  16. Monday, Week 2 November 2018 The Golden Lovers won the Super Junior Tag Team Tournament, defeating Tiger Mask IV & Jushin Thunder Liger at the Power Struggle event at the Beacon Plaza. Speaking of Jushin Thunder Liger, rumors are rampant that Liger might need some time off soon and the same thing is said about Kota Ibushi as well. EVIL & Taiji Ishimori are also now a tag team known as Heavy Metal Thunder. Austin Aries is expected to re-sign with Impact Wrestling. Two title changes took place at the AAA monthly event last night in Mexico. First, Alberto El Patron captured his 2nd AAA World Heavyweight Championship after beating Aero Star in the main event. On the same card, Lanzeloth defeated Australian Suicide to capture the Top Contender title. A shoot by Rekka following his release from DDT didn't paint HARASHIMA in the brightest light, blaming him for his release last week! Kyuuri is apparently on her way out from Ice Ribbon as management has chosen not to renew her contract. It will be interesting to see where she'll end up. Garza Jr is expected to re-sign with the company ICW has officially announced that Billy Kirkwood signed a contract extension. Miscellaneous: -Radio interview with Mala Suerte

This is Moose's first reign as champion. Also noteworthy, Brody King didn't show up for the Windy City Classic, claiming that AAW failed to pay him recently. On the other hand, AAW considers this a "breach of contract" and have indicated on their Twitter feed that they will no longer use Brody King. Jake Crist & Josh Alexander are now a tag team. Colt Cabana will be touring with ZERO1 Yujiro Takahashi is the new NEVER Openweight Champion after he defeated Taichi in the Apocalypse tour event held at the Yokohoma Cultural Gymnasium. This is Takahashi's 2nd reign as champion Nick Aldis signed with AJPW and will be touring with them Billy Kirkwood has been offered a contract extension Gursinder Singh has been offered a contract extension Myron Reed completely tore his MCL in his match against Tracy Williams at EVOLVE 115 last night at the Tate Rink. Reed will miss around 6 months of action. Ironically enough, this happens on the same day that Reed and AAW officially announced a contract extension. In a shocking turn of events, it seems like Alexa Bliss will NOT re-sign with WWE once her contract expires, as she hasn't been offered a contract extension. Nothing confirmed yet but considering her meteoric rise within WWE, it's definitely worth keeping an eye on... Scott Hunter & SMASH have officially completed a contract extension. Miscellaneous: -Lots of hype around Geoffrey Percival Austere

  25. That's partly why I went ahead with the Apocalypse stable. It's gonna help me in that regard to position guys like Orndorff for Starrcade. Keep in mind that Battlebowl will pretty much be used to set up Starrcade a month later. I should release the team compositions around next week.
