Didn't she deny this and these end up being proven as fakes? Or have real pics leaked out since then? They did this with Solomon Crowe (Sami Callahan) in NXT, but it went nowhere and he wasn't a good fit at all. Surprising, because he's an indy darling, but he didn't impress me one bit in NXT. Two reasons it didn't work. 1. He was garbage and should never have been hired in the first place 2. The whole Takeover show was tailor made for his gimmick to debut, and instead they held off, removed his match from the next set of tapings, then he got hurt, then ended up debuting a full year+ after he started the gimmick on house shows and got that "he's being misused" stimulus plan online, only to debut and be completely unimpressive in every way with some of the worst gear this side of Doc Gallows.

Considering Brad's directorial acumen, I'd say a lot higher than you'd expect.

Dawg, she disrespected the title. Watts would have had her knee capped. Doesn't respect the biz. That's maybe my favorite part of the whole thing. Dudes who are actually offended that she'd defile the belt. That has absolutely zero meaning or worth outside of the confines of a scripted show. Similar to if dudes got offended because Tim Allen took a picture of him pissing on a Binford tool box. Like up to that point it was all fun and games, then that came out and nerds were upset about the implication that she wasn't taking the business seriously.

Lol, okay you keep doing you, breh. Maybe think your analogies through a bit more once in a while. I don't know why you can never give a straight answer to questions, but can we get back to laughing about Brad Maddox sitting there like Arnold in T1 pulling back then realizing how crucial the close up of Xavier's balls were to the piece? His dedication to a quality production should be commended.

Are you denying anyone blamed her for having her phone stolen or it's her fault, she shouldn't had made the video? I saw it from a variety of sources, but I'm not going to go back and look for them because you don't believe me. I get it you hate every character I type. I should had known better than to post in a thread you are in. I actually haven't because I don't read random twitter strings or reddit comments. Everything I've seen about has been nothing but jokes and the weirdo smarks who feel the picture with the title destroys the sanctity of the championship. Maybe you're hanging out in shitty places, it's been almost entirely laughing about Brad's zoom from what I've seen. I'm not denying it has happened. Of course it has. But I haven't seen it the places I visit, so I was acting for what you've seen so I could see it for myself. I didn't realize asking for a link or two was an offensive request.

What is it that you see her getting blamed for? Having sex? Allowing herself to be taped during sex? Or the pictures and videos being leaked? Do you consider making jokes to be victim blaming? Where, specifically are you seeing these? Do you think anyone's feelings are being hurt by any one of those? Like, do you think Paige is reading all of those tweets, or people who have had sex now feel bad about having sex because Paige has been victim blamed?

It's not her fault. It's Maddox's fault for not securing his shit when he has a modicum of celebrity and a woman with more celebrity in an era where this exact situation has happened multiple times, including just 2 years ago, plus the people who actually di the hacking. Making the argument that "this is what rape victim blamers do" is dumb as shit. It's more like saying someone was dumb for leaving their car unlocked in an area where people get their cars stolen on a regular basis. Unless you're being purposely incendiary, of course.
-
I expected (feared) someone would bring that up. And no. It's not like that at all. And we should never use rape as a matter of comparison to anything else. It just demeans the absolute horror of what a rape is. So, please, nope. And yeah, I think keeping private sex stuff on your phone three years after the fact is downright dumbfuckery in the current context. Of course there's no justification for stealing it and making it public. Yet shit like this happens all the time, especially when you're someone in the public eye. If I was Paige, I would kick myself for not protecting my stuff better. Of course, she's the victim here, no question about that. Yeah wtf. Grimmas is basically equating everyone commenting on this to rape victim blamers for saving their porn to the cloud. Which is insulting to both rape victims and the people posting in this thread.

You're fucking up if you're reading social media comments about anything, though. Just reading the comments of a normal tweet is full blown insanity for anyone even remotely famous.

Only real fucking weirdos are hung up on the sex part. Of course young, super in shape, attractive people on the road most of the year are having sex with each other. It's the little details that make this a kooky story. The picture with the title, Brad's doing a Hitchcock rack focus shot of Xavier's balls. I don't think anyone is upset with the idea that any of the combination was having sex, or that they recorded it. If they are, they got some shit they need to work out. But god damn if some of the things in that set of leaks aren't hilarious.

Oh Jesus Christ could you imagine the intro she'd get if Tenay, Tazz, or Josh were still around.

They probably won't do anything. Paige was never coming back before this, New Day is the biggest money maker for the company. There's no reason to do anything, no reason to comment on it, just like they didn't with other talents involved with sex things. I could see people being mad at the optics of the title belt picture, but what is there to do? Paige already said she was trying to get into Del Rio's MMA shit, so she obviously wasn't expecting to come back to WWE once her neck heals. Just fucking ignore it. It will go away like everything else. I'm sure New Day and the Raw crowd will have some jokes and that will be that.

Although not for random people online to see, I have a hard time believe a two cam shoot with a tripod and lighting was for just the three of them to watch back once in a while.
-
Paige, Brad Maddox, and Xavier doing a two cam threesome with Maddox doing auteur zooms on Xavier's balls is straight out of the DVDVR sleaze thread, yet it actually happened with proof. Fucking hilarious.

The joke is really worn thin by the end of the first ep. Stretching that shit out to 4 episodes is classic WWE run it into the ground.

If you don't get it at ROH, you'll definitely get it in HOH, at least. Don't fret.

WM last year had good matches, but weird as fuck booking. The only genuinely 90% bad WMs in 15 years have been 27-29. 27 still had fun matches like Cody/Rey and Orton/Punk, plus HHH/Taker which was definitely not as ill received at the time as it is now. 28 and 29 are pretty indefensible, though. That's a pretty good track record considering the first 15 years of WM was dogshit outside of maybe 3-4 shows.
-
I guess the simple answer to that question is: some other match. If there's no planned match that looks like a real title match for SD, maybe they should have planned different matches. This is a curious phenomenon we get now since Meltzer gets pretty much the whole Mania card by the end of January. People like us know what the matches are before they're even hinted at on TV, so we see them as a fait accompli and just end up kind of questioning the build to those matches or their card placement, rather than questioning why we're having the matches themselves. We don't allow ourselves to criticise the card itself too much because hey, we've known how it was going to be for ages! What are you gonna do eh? If your planning leads you to AJ Styles having the year he had and carrying the title he did only to be nowhere near the title picture at Mania, feuding with a non-wrestler GM, while Orton and Bray fight over the title in the middle of a cartoon supernatural feud and Cena is in a midcard mixed tag angle based around Total Divas...something went wrong somewhere. A different match entirely, is the answer. It's also years and years of lowered expectations. Modern Wrestlemania is a burden that we have to endure as fans. That seems a little extreme. WM since 18 on has been pretty consistently good outside of a couple of duds. Even last year's show wasn't BAD, it was just weird. There have only been one or two actually bad WMs in about 15 years. That's a pretty good run.
-
On the other hand, you can probably blame those same fans for helping to make WCW a shithole for a few years.
-
The lulz when the fake parody wrestling show is actually a better written wrestling show than the real wrestling show every week

Aries looked particularly unimpressive in that 5 way. Maybe it's ring rust, but even his regular spots looked half speed or dodgy, he seemed tentative doing just about everything. I guess I haven't really seen much of him over the past 5 years or so, and I thought he looked not good on NXT, but he was noticeably worse on 205 Live. Maybe time is catching up to him, idk.
