Hell in a Cell 2019 - Card is not only subject to change, but is bound to
KawadaSmile replied to KawadaSmile's topic in WWE
Well, he was handpicked by HHH himself to be the top guy, so dude has a nose for that. Also, regarding AJ, he reached a point where losses or lack of programs don't hurt him at all. They pushed him really strong in his first couple of years (besides that bullshit loss to Jericho), so even if they aren't doing much with him, he is over and is credible enough to be inserted into any title scene without being hamfisted. But on the other hand, they absolutely should use him more, at least to put other people over, such as Cedric. Styles losing really doesn't hurt him, and winning would be great for Alexander, but they insisted on having AJ keep the belt and not do anything with him. Heyman, man... -

And you thought me saying Corbin is better than Rusev was an all-time bad take, huh? -

This will always infuriate me. That, and the 2nd Lesnar WM match. Imagine watching those two matches plus the Rollins/Lesnar ones and thinking big brained geniuses said "hey they are showing Roman down our throats booooo". I'm never getting over that. -

And even I acknowledge the dude's faults, too! (BTW he seemed REALLY excited for SmackDown last night. Good for him, his duo with Corey was good, too!) -

Truth be told, Cain never had an impressive physique, even when he was kicking ass in UFC. Guys like Overeem, Brock, and Cigano always looked better, aesthetically speaking. Also, SD peaked at over 4 million people. Incredible. Also good on them for reading the room and aiming at the 18-49 demo. -

Holy shit. It's the A show, everyone. True, but it's just so odd that they can portray other people so damn well. It seems like the issue is that they don't want to, not that they can't. -

Truth be told, Ronda's run was fucking amazing and Brock vs Cain looks like it's going to be great. It's just a shame WWE likes UFC people more than their own stars, because they manage to present those like mega bucks, even in a different setting. Gimme Lashley vs Sonnen or Aleister Black vs Lyoto Machida -
I don't think it would take that long, tbh. If they manage to hit a 6 month long run of consistently good TV, they might regain the trust of some people. Usually WWE manages to put together one or two months of good shows before some missteps (even then, your mileage may vary), so six months would already be an indicator that they are willing to step up their booking. And the same goes for AEW: if they manage to book their shows consistently for half a year, they are bound to get new fans.

Does Vince have Sapp's number? It was fine, really. Kofi will always have his title victory at WM, and the build to it. No one can take that away from him, and it was historical. He had a bad gameplan and suffered dearly. -

Is it me or is the camera quality better? Also if Wyatt doesn't walk out of the PPV as champ, they made a huge mistake, and I cannot believe I am typing this. -
Batshit insane numbers. Excellent 1st showing for AEW, and not so bad for NXT either, all things considered. Week 2 is when things start to become even more meaningful, but that viewership number had to blow away even the more optimist of fans.

Kevin Smith sucks ass, dudes. Clerks is dope, though.

Khali was more iconic. Not a good wrestler, but has a charm to him that Swagger simply does not. Alberto would be a better choice tbh
