  1. I was running both All Japan and New Japan.
  2. If Loss bans you I cannot save you.
  3. Since I am late to the game, I have been trying to navigate these threads so I don't keep asking questions that have already been addressed. Do you guys have any suggestions for any sub forums that can be created to keep track of things. We can create subforums for each fed. We can create a trading forum or drafting forum. At the very least, I think we should have a sub forum for the feds once shows start to be booked. A forum for each fed may be too much but at least a forum with nothing but the fed threads where people are booking. Let me know what you guys think.

  5. Ok.. I am trying to setup a calendar for the Japanese promotions. Do I need to make one up or follow an existing calendar? I also want to establish super shows like the 1/4 Dome show but I know that occurs later. Can I set up my own super shows?
  6. LOL... that isn't what I typed but close enough.
  7. Inoki: 猪木はハルクホーガンの兄弟のようなものです。不遜な、黄金のモンスターがはげ老人は彼のお金を取ることができるなら、私ははげ老人が自分のお金を取ることができます。
  8. Loss, ban this guy please. As someone who had a Freddy mercury avatar for years... i am on it!!!! Loss can ban Johnny Sorrow for questioning Duran Duran.
  9. ALL JAPAN ROSTER Genichiro Tenryu Jumbo Tsuruta Giant Baba Ueda Ishikawa Hara Inoue Masa Fuchi I know somebody has Fuchi. Am I missing anyone outside the gaigin? Roster seems sort of thin.
  10. Jerry's right though... the cloud itself isn't a piece of art. If Bill took a picture of the cloud from a certain angle and framed it and showcased that cloud at the gallery... it would be art.
  11. NWA World Junior Heavyweight Title was in effect... TIger Mask is the champion Is this the only championship in New Japan in 1983? The IWGP titles were created later. It says that NJ recognizes the NWA world champion but also has a working relationship with the WWF
  12. - How well can El Gigante bump? - How well does El Gigante execute a suplex? - What is El Giagante's knowledge of holds and counters? - What is El Gigante's grasp of basic wrestling psychology? These aren't good examples because all of these could be argued as subjective measures. Why would I want an 8 foot giant executing a suplex? Why should an 8 foot giant be able to bump like a 120 lb cruiserweight? What if I don't value holds and counters as something needed for a quality wrestling match? If an 8 foot monster no sold everything that is thrown at him and didn't sell for anyone, would that be good psychology?
  13. I have no problem honoring the current guys on the Japanese tour. It has already been decided and would be easier for me. However, being able to send Choshu or Fujinami or Inoki to the states would be intriguing for me if I was able to control their stateside dates and the conditions on which they appear (no televised jobs, no death matches, etc.).
  14. OK cool. Well, here is the listing of NJ guys I came up with outside of Killer Khan.... JUNIORS Tiger Mask Kuniaki Kobayashi Gran Hamada Kantaro Hoshino Black Tiger Missionarios (from Mexico) The Cobra Antonio Inoki Rusher Kimura Seiji Sakaguchi Kengo Kimura Tatsumi Fujinami Riki Choshu Akira Maeda Yoshiaki Yatsu Animal Hamaguchi Nobuhiko Takada Here is a listing of people who are going to tour New Japan... New Japan (7/1 - 8/4) Abdullah the Butcher Adrian Adonis Brian Blair Dick Murdoch Tiger Chung Lee Paul Orndorff (7/22 - 8/4) New Japan (8/26 - 9/22) Killer Khan Bad News Allen Hercules Lonehawk (Magnificent Zulu) Dick Murdoch Eddie Hogan Bruce Hart (9/16 - 9/22) New Japan (10/7 - 11/3) Eddie Gilbert Killer Khan Big John Studd Paul Orndorff Yoshiaki Yatsu Brian Blair The Cobra (11/3) Davey Boy Smith (11/3) New Japan (11/18 - 12/10) Yoshiaki Yatsu Bobby Duncum Curt Hennig Adrian Adonis Dick Murdoch Andre the Giant Swede Hanson Killer Khan Tiger Chung Lee Hulk Hogan
  15. there is already a list of talent scheduled like Abby and Murdoch. Killer Khan was in NJ in 1983 but he is on somebody's roster already so I wouldn't book him unless I traded for him on certain tours. I'll be happy to do All Japan too but don't want to step on anyone's toes. I just like the idea of trading talent and creating cards.
  16. Why weren't they included? Sorry if I missed it explained somewhere. If they aren't included... can I take over New Japan so I can book the shows? I'll honor your commitments and allow sending talent overseas if your Board of Directors agrees to it.
  17. It's possible that playing the guitar in itself isn't an artistic exercise. It's more of a scientific exercise. What is created with the guitar is the art.
  18. Impossible. Unless his sole use is to stand there in the middle of the ring, not move and just get punched in the face until he collapses. A punching bag gimmick would be awesome.
  19. i was probably just breathing directly into the mic. I have a headset and when I lift the speaker, it is literally right under my nose. I usually mute myself when not talking but not this time.
  20. Champion vs. Champion ROH World Champion Jay Briscoe vs. ROH World Television Champion Jay Lethal w/Truth Martini - Dueling elbows… dueling dives…. Dueling uppercuts - This really got hot after Truth got dumped. - I understand the landscape of using a bunch of finishers but I really hated Jay popping up after each RKO so he could set Lethal up for his next spot. I also hate how Lethal has to do the Muta springboard before each RKO. So phony after going to war for 30 minutes. ‘I enjoyed the match but it also had the worst elements that bother me about ROH. I’ll probably be in the minority.
  21. NO DQ for the ROH World Tag Team Championship The Addiction © vs reDRagon - Not a fan of the crowd brawling at the beginning - Early on, too many car crash spots for my liking. I know it is a No DQ match but they seem way too clean for a violent match. - The weapon shots were pretty good for this kind of match but I prefer the straight tag match they had in San Antonio - The pull the ref spot would have been more effective if we didn’t see it on the 2nd match of the show. - Fun match but nothing close to the SA match.
  22. The Kingdom (Adam Cole, Michael Bennett, Matt Taven) w/ Maria Kanellis vs. Bullet Club (AJ Styles & Young Bucks) - This had some of the most beautifully choreographed spots I have ever seen. Cute. Not a fan of the triple kick to Maria but it looked well executed.
  23. ROH World Champion #1 Contender’s Match “Mr ROH” Roderick Strong vs. Moose vs. “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin - Not a fan of Moose no selling the turnbuckle bomb to hit the Spear - Glad Roddy won but shocked he pinned Moose
  24. War Machine vs C&C Wrestle Factory (Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander) - Squash - Here mainly to further Cedric’s heel turn
  25. Dalton Castle w/ The Boys vs "The Last Real Man" Silas Young - Is Silas supposed to represent Magnum TA 2015? - I loved Dalton Castle live here in San Antonio. - Started slow but really picked up steam - The spear through the ropes sounded better in theory than execution - Missed the finish
