Holy shit, what an awesome match! And the post match angle was just as good. -

Hopefully HHH did it to frame Kevin Dunn and get him canned. The Cerebral Assassin strikes again ! -

I wonder who got fired for that. I'm sure it's no one anybody heard of. HHH just said that the individual responsible for it was fired. -

Whoever sent that package got canned. HHH just tweeted about it. -
I saw Cesaro live for the first time at the ROH show outside Philly when the ROH/ CZW angle was starting, It was the match where he beat Chris Daniels and got a handshake, Then he fucked ROH and helped Hero and CZW win the main event 6 man that had Super Dragon in it. All that to say, Cesaro TOWERED over everyone else there. He's a giant man.

The others, I can see. But Billie Kay? She's been outstanding and genuinely hilarious the past few months.

Look, I'm as down on Jericho as everyone else is given his Trump horseshit. But that was a great interview and I think it's showing that at this point, right now? Vince has no problem with AEW and probably kind of respects them. My imagination is creating a story where Vince likes that his son in law's project got beat in the ratings.

AND he does it because of cheating. He's the best heel going.
-
That even made booking sense since you'd want the "shooter" vet and monster against the champs. I'd have preferred an underdog Riot Squad win but you can't make every match a feel good moment.

That was a great show. We loved that Fiend/Orton was first because all of us, kids included, were happy they got that shit out of the way right off the bat, so we could get down to it. We did all pop for the Jack In The Box. One of the kids said" Is he gonna pop out and jump into the ring?" and my nephew said, " He's too fat for that." Then we all enjoyed pizza and wings and going crazy for Shaemus kicking Riddle's face off. I had four 10 year old boys cheering the heel and booing the face during that match. The Philly fan that I am was so proud. They hated Riddle. As opposed to Asuka, who is one of the boys favorite wrestlers. Rest of the show was fun, and while we were all YES! pointing and rooting for Bryan, everyone loved the end.

Sheamus kicking his stupid head off just popped the living room. The kids hate Riddle.
-
I was goofing on his casual apron work. Just standing there not actually trying to get a tag. But when he tagged in and starts wrecking shit the kids went nuts. So mission accomplished.
-
They made all the right choices. Bobby winning popped our house, as did Cesaro and Bianca. I was making fun of Omos but the kids were marking out for the giant monster even though they loved New Day. We all took a break during the cage match, but the adults in the room popped for the end spots. The entire house was marking out during the main event. Loved it.
-
That was great. My nephew and his three pals, as well as the adults in the room, were popping like crazy during that main event. Seeing four ten year old boys cheering and going crazy for that match filled my heart.
-
Ah,Braun sucks. I've never cared about his redneck ass.
-
I was wondering if the kids would be into this green slime shit, they just took a trampoline break.
-
The kids just cracked themselves up by coming up with " Miz and Moron!"
-
This whole 'Everyone is an dumb, redneck, piece of shit, except us." deal is fucking awful. And it really seems like it's some weird self hate. "Boy, can you believe how DUMB (fill in the blank) is? Aren't WE smart?" is some weak sauce, man. DVDVR is a wonderful place for intelligent discussion, and I'm sure there are others in all the corners of all fandom online. Tearing down invisible people while saying, "Hey but not us, amirite?" is lame.

I can't get past them calling Buzz " Bulldog". Was that his nickname during his blip of a run in the WWF in the 80's?

As far as something shameful that's Hart related, the new episode of the Crime In Sports podcast is on Teddy Hart. The hosts are comics, so they make these shows fun but I had no idea the amount of shit Teddy Hart did.

Austin Aries: The Adventures of an Arrogant Asshole
Johnny Sorrow replied to KawadaSmile's topic in Pro Wrestling
Man, I briefly met Aries back in 2005 after a ROH show and he seemed like a humble, quiet dude in a bad suit jacket. I laugh every time he shows what a dummy he is nowadays. -
Yeah, totally. It's a win-win. The negative reaction from weirdos is weird. Tony Khan wants to grow this business venture. Getting more non nerd eyes on his promotion is how business works,

Well, I'm not one to not admit when I'm wrong. Seems like Charlotte did use her clout to help out Andrade.
