Yeah, the way Dave talks about the non-worker execs is funny. As if only 'workers' have eaten from the Tree of Knowledge. Last I checked, lying, deception, and total bullshit have been part of the business world since the beginning of time. 'Caveat emptor,' as those old dudes in togas used to say.

I don't know about that, but on the radio show Dave elucidated that Cena, being the corporate man that he is, wouldn't go to bat for Daniels. And even his other twitter posts making fun of the stupid names on NXT are encouraged by the office, or something like that.

Yeah, now that I think of it, Keller mentioned that a few days ago. But still, as a "nice surprise," Dreamer still ranks pretty low.

He wrote a pretty good book on WWWF and WCW. So I favor Cappetta getting a TNA gig, just so we can read about all the messed-up behind the scenes stuff. (Which I imagine would make his previous experiences seem normal by comparison.)

Even if the TNA run put him over the top, it's insanely dumb to put a guy in the HOF, four years into his career. I mean really, is there any sense in bestowing some honor to a person based on what might happen in the future? And then there's the ultimate reason to wait a while after a wrestler fake-retires to induct them: Chris Benoit.

I don't remember if he actually called it pro wrestling, but Dave covered UFC since the beginning. I think it was more a "pro wrestlers (like Severn and Shamrock) doing shoot-fighting" kind of vibe. By the mid-90s MMA had it's own subsection in the newsletter.

Vince may be crazy but he's not stupid. He publicly used to say the same thing about WCW not being competition, but of course he knew better. As far as Dave's explanation goes, we all know that he sometimes has trouble um, ya know, trouble, ya know ... you know .. yeah, like, um, making things, ya know, like understandable.
