Dylan said it perfectly. Welcome aboard!

    Pirata Morgan

This is where I am at. Any match suggestions?
  4. Loving the show, as always. Kelly mentioned that Brady Boone was some jobber. He was, but he was also Billy Jack Haynes cousin. There was a memorable angle involving him where Demolition beat Boone and another jobber and completely destroyed Boone post match. Hayes, and his partner Ken Patera, come out to protect Boone. Then Patera/Hayes feud with Demolition for a little bit. There is even a match where Patera is hurt or something and Boone takes his place. It's a really fun little feud and the first real thing they did with Demolition.
  5. Community is on yahoo. Hulu has Lucha Libre USA, so why can't another get on there? First, why does wrestling have to be trashy? Second, why do you need to be on TV to get on Netflix first? Is there no possible deal that could be made with Netflix for wrestling? It's a long shot, but worth a shot. By the way I am sure people said there was no way wrestling would ever be on MTV or NBC or TNT, etc... as well. Yeah because a medicore syndication deal making more money with nobody watching would be as valuable as a show that would make you less money but way more viewers. It's not like you couldn't sell advertising yourself, as well. If you could get featured on youtube through some kind of deal, get the system behind you the amount of viewers you could bring in would trump any TV deal they could make. Remember wrestling companies used to pay to get on TV in order to get people to watch them, so they would pay for tickets. That is a model that could work today, especially if the TV shows aren't specific TV tapings but more the old ECW model of running actual shows and making TV out of them. They could still sell vod of the shows, sell tickets so there is potential out there. Also, youtube is what kids watch, it's not so much tv anymore. The viewers are growing and growing each year, while more and more people are trading in their cable boxes. What does that have to do with anything. They still wouldn't have stars whether on TV or internet. You can only do that on some weird tv channel nobody has ever heard of, or could you do it on the internet too?
  6. Except for the shows that get by well on Netflix, Hulu or Yahoo. Except for all the shows that do well on youtube. I don't think the creators of Daredevil would had made as much money on TV, do you?
  7. That started in 2009 when I ditched cable and haven't looked back since. TV is in the same state music was in the 2000s trying to fight online. They failed an TV will fail.
  8. Following the cowboys thread, let's look at the folks who came around after the territories and WCW/ECW died. I may be forgetting some, but here is the list from nominees I put together: AJ Styles Akira Tozawa The Amazing Red Austin Aries Batista Brock Lesnar Bully Ray Cesaro Chris Hero Chris Masters Christopher Daniels CM Punk Daniel Bryan Hiroshi Tanahashi James Storm Jay Briscoe John Cena Katzuhori Shibata Kazuchika Okada KENTA Kevin Steen Kota Ibushi Kurt Angle Kyle Matthews Kyle O'Reilly Lo Ki Mark Briscoe Mascarita Dorada/El Torito Matt Sydal Michael Elgin Necro Butcher Prince Devitt Randy Orton Ricochet Sami Callihan Sami Zayn Samoa Joe Seth Rollins Sheamus Shinsuke Nakamura Timothy Thatcher Tomohiro Ishii This is the section that will be the hardest to vote on, since a lot of them are still active. Guys who are easily getting votes for me are CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, John Cena & Brock Lesnar. Guys who may sneak on are AJ Styles, Cesaro, Mascarita Dorada, Sami Zayn, Samoa Joe & Nakamura. The rest will need some heavy lobbying from people to convince me. As for ranking them: 1) Bryan 2) Punk 3) Cena 4) Lesnar 5) Dorada 6) Nakamura 7) Styles 8) Cesaro 9) Zayn 10) Joe There is still a year to change this though. Overall, this seems like an interesting area. I know some people will rely heavily upon it and others will ignore it. What do you think?
  9. Yeah, if the idea is to use tv to get popular enough to quit tv than he might have a chance. Also this pretending the tv show is live bullshit should stop too.
  10. I really can't wait for these shows, for the fist time that I had tickets for ROH shows. I seriously love that Tanahashi is facing Elgin, so I can go to the bathroom and grab a snack at that point. The two wrestlers I least want to see. ACH vs Nakamura and Cedric vs Okada could both be awesome and a huge multi-man tag to end the show should be a great match. The rest all looks fun at least (and Silas is on the show!). Pumped! As for the second night in Toronto, well.... there is more matches to announce.
  11. I stand amazed that someone can start up a company in 2015 doing the same old stuff. We are in a world where cable is dying and internet streaming is on the rise. In 2015 why would you just be shooting a pilot and then shopping it to networks? Look around and youtube has more viewers than tv. Netflix is very successful and things like this is what you should be looking into. Why try so hard to get on TV, when it's a medium that is going down. I'm not sure exactly what you should do, but I would think talking to netflix, youtube, etc.. would be something you'd look into first and screw network tv. The internet is where the young people are. There is so many reports stating that and a lot of kids think youtube stars are bigger than tv stars. Get with the times already.
  12. Parv about Bret, I think he and Owen could had been the new Terry & Dory.

  15. Actually this is something I don't like about this mod. If you look at the tv network I was with you see that I am not suitable to be on there, so I was doomed from the start! Here is how updates will work without TV. I will just give you guys PPV hype and results and then when I get back on TV I will give a big update with any major changes between then.
  16. 3 months no tv? That's bogus. I guess you do what you have to do.
  17. Major issue. In May TV contracts came up. The network wouldn't let me extend my contract, so I tried to switch networks. I expanded my show in one area (South East) and then tried to get a new national contract only to find out you can only do that once. I tried cancelling my show to get a new contract, but I ran out of time.L Long story short I have no TV. What can I do?

    Terry Rudge

The Jones match was real good. However I think there needs to be a lot more at or above this level. Do those matches exist?
  19. Imagine how awesome Booker T and Honky Tonk Man working together would be?
  20. Dream tough enough casting time (all within reason) Host: Steve Austin (he was awesome on the first one) Judges: Jake Roberts, Trish Stratus & Bubba Ray Dudley Trainers: Daniel Bryan, William Regal & Natalya

    Silver King

I've seen Silver King in Japan, WCW and a little bit in Mexico. I've liked everything I've seen, but not enough to put him on the list. However, I do want to watch him in Mexico. What should I check out?
  22. I have seen most of his WCW work and some of his Memphis stuff. Is there anything from Florida and SMW that would get him into the top 100, because I don't see him close at this point. I do enjoy his brawls, but I could name a 100 brawlers I like better.

  24. Yeah, but by then he wasn't a cowboy or a Texan. He was making his residence everywhere but fucking Texas. He didn't have a ranch in Texas he stayed at for a few months at some point?
