    Sting stumbled a few times here but the passion was here and it started setting up the Flair program.

    Great match with Flair on defense for about 95% of the match and the crowd going wild. I think a lot of the story could have been done by the announcers saying that Flair was preoccupied with Sting/LUger and that is why he underestimated Morton who is a familiar foe. I love the fact that Flair has wrestled so many different style of matches so far this year. All the punches and exchanges and Flair begging off looked great here.

    Good promo by Ole and I blanked that the Destruction Crew was ever in WCW.

    I actually thought this was the best pair of promos in the buildup and they stayed on point more here especially the Warrior.

    You could see the delight in Mcmahon in his little dig at Jesse in the end and Jesse dressing up as the Warrior was humorous.

    Wonderful match with both guys throwing bombs at each other. Great arm work on Satanico and predictably crazy bumps by Estrada. A match that really felt like it had some consequence and Estrada being a weird cat even in getting his head shaved.

    Really good match ratcheting up in intensity as it progresses. Dandy was the star here mixing up different stuff and taking crazy bumps all the same but Azteca held his own and mixed in some beautiful dives and nasty submissions as well. Bring on 6/1/90.

    Takada vs. Vader 8/18/94 to me is the easy access point for shoot style matches. Would also include the 1994 Gary Albright & Kazuo Yamazaki vs. Vader & John Tenta tags. These match feature familiar faces and themes to the traditional US style mixed in with some advanced matwork and great strikes.

    Short match but I dug it a lot and thought Austin looked pretty good especially his punches. I also love the continuing them of Adams temper getting the best of him in certain instances.

    Yeah good wrapping up promo with Flair getting his point across before the sign off.

    May be lower on this as anyone else as I thought it was fine but didn't really start cooking until the final five minutes and thought a lot of stuff early on looked either sloppy or just killing time stuff. Ending stretch was hot though with killer bumps from Cactus and intricate sequences. Cactus dropkick from apron looked ugly as hell. Still a good match and maybe Cactus best up to that point.

    As a native of Owensboro, KY which is not far from Evansville, In that Robert is going to wrestle in, I concur with his assessment of the state.

    I agree that Martel was the one to be blamed for holding this match back. I am probably lower on Martel than most but I can see someone like Dylan ranking Martel above Tully and I just dont see that and would present these last two matches as evidence of Tully working above what he was given in a match and Martel working at best within the level. Solid match is about how far I will go in regards to this match and Lord Alfred and Gorilla were annoying on commentary to boot.

    I thought Perfect tried hard here but Warrior is a steaming pile of shit in the ring and the less than amazing reaction for most of the finishing stretch shows that titan should have been nervous when watching. The perfect record is a thing of the past.

    Pretty much the bottom of the barrel and a nothing match besides the performance of Tully. The main plus I give Tully as a worker as its tough for me to see him taking a match off and here he is by far the best person in the match.

    Conservative outfit for Sherri. I do like these two together and they really tried to make the program with Dusty/Sapphire seem important.

    Did the Duke ever do anything else with the glorious mullet? I like the Champ as a nickname to and Tony has the Saba Simba tights. This is such a odd match up and Onita looks ridiculous with the face paint. Onita also keeps losing his straps. Terrible match but worth it for oddity purposes.

    Tony does have a point about being sort of blindsighted with this defense but damn it he is a fighting champion. I liked this fired up Atlas promo.

    Andre looks pretty old here. This segment didn't really fit the Brother Love nature well but I do like Hennan in a serious mood.

    I. Hate. These. Promos and I guess the magnet of Hulkmania attracts my wife because she comes in all the time with these promos going on and gives me the look of shame.

    Weird to hear Jesse predict the Hogan win and he did seem sympathetic to Hogan while calling the WM match.

    I do love Ole promos in his calculating nature and that he brings up past history to. Cornette is also great in leading the questions.

    I really liked the third caida of this match with the tempers flared and the story building between Santanico and Estrada. First two caidas were fine but felt like showcases for the respective teams. I thought Atlantis looked really graceful in this match.
