The extremely short version is:

 

- All of the experts that have weighed in feel she should be able to compete if she's hormonally female and most of the comments I've read get that, but...

- Women who have competed against her (both in MMA fights and grappling competitions) say she's strong enough that it feels like they're fighting a man. And she is, in fact, pretty jacked up.

 

My guess? She's fully transitioned like she says, but she's using steroids as PEDs and has been lucky/selective with the smaller shows she's fought on as far as drug testing goes. So any perceived advantage would have nothing to do with being a transwoman, and obviously nobody's getting SRS just to win a fight.
