ECW at the Catholic Youth Center! The BWO get the heroes welcome. Some blond runs in the ring and gets a big Stevie kiss. Stevie announces that he wants a shot at the ECW title at Barely Legal. Raven comes in and starts laying out BWO guys one by one before a staredown with Stevie. Stevie doesn't back down, Raven drops a line about how he hasn't even begun to screw with him and that's that.

The BWO is insanely over. I don't think Hollywood Nova has even spoke on this vignettes. Meanie does a dead on Hall impression. The girl was obviously a plant but the crowd went for so oh well. Stevie calls out Raven and the title. Raven comes out and I drown out as he talks about the mind games he will inflict.

The blond was Chastity right? Richards wants a shot at Title at Barely Legal. Raven makes quick work of Meanie and Nova. Very quick face off with Richards but Raven walks off. After mostly pushing Funk as the guy to face Raven, they needed to focus more on the others. Richards is very hot right now.

That was either a worked shoot or Richards is the greatest and most courageous improv man in wrestling. Good segment that doesn't wear out its welcome, generally a rarity for ECW. Dave retired the Best Babyface Observer award for this year, but if I were to keep a running count, Richards would be in the #1 spot until the rise of Austin.
