goodhelmet
I was reading Loss's list of 100 matches and he mentioned the 6-5-89 Footloose vs. Can-Ams match and how great it was. Well, for what may be one of the top 3 best tag matches of the 80s, it wasn't even the best match on the card. That honor would go to the Jumbo-Tenryu match. So, in your opinion, what cards can you think of that had 2 legitimate super MOTYs on it. Personally, I don't know of any combo that surpasses the 6-5-89 duo. Other shows that may be mentioned include... 5-22-84 Ric Flair vs. Harley Race Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Kerry Von Erich WM X Owen vs. Bret HBK vs. Razor Ramon ladder match Honestly, I don't think either of these would fit the bill but others may disagree. I am sure I am missing a few Joshi cards as well.
silverwidow
I'd say this is tops without reservation... AJPW 7/29/93 @ Budokan Hall: Stan Hansen vs. Kenta Kobashi Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Toshiaki Kawada Honorable mention: AJW 8/22/85 @ Budokan Hall: Devil Masami vs. Chigusa Nagayo Jaguar Yokota vs. Lioness Asuka
Resident Evil
J-Cup Lyger vs Sasuke Benoit vs Sasuke 2 matches which I love. Lyger vs Sasuke is one of the most rewatchable, adrenaline filled, want to see enderdog win matches ever. Benoit vs Sasuke is the epic feeling contest needed to finish off the night. Sasake's journey in this tournament is impossible not to get behind and makes the night and match feel so special. I will also give credit to 6/5/89 as that night had the excellent tag bout and one of the best matches of all time in Jumbo vs Tenyru.
goodhelmet
AJPW 7/29/93 @ Budokan Hall: Stan Hansen vs. Kenta Kobashi Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Toshiaki Kawada YOu know, I never realized they were on the same card. I think it throws me off that the Kobashi-Hansen match is on an Auguest TV episode.

Loss
Another candidate is Clash I. Midnight Express v Fantastics Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard v Lex Luger & Barry Windham Strong main event too, but it's the worst of the three.
Guest SweetMama Scaat
1989 Great American Bash Funk/Flair War Games There were some other excellent matches on that card as well. Savage/Warrior Bret Hart/British Bulldog Bash 89 also had Steiners vs. Varsity Club in a Texas Tornado match and Sting vs. Muta for the TV title. Steiners vs. Varsity Club hasn't stood up as well as the other three matches but it was pretty unusual in the pre-ECW days.
Guest Cuban_Linx
Ozaki/Kansai vs Yamada/Toyota and Kyoko Inoue vs Akira Hokuto from AJW Dream Rush would have to be up there among great 1-2 punches from a single show.

Guest DylanWaco
Spring Stampede 94 had one of the best WCW heavyweight matches of the 90's in Steamboat v. Flair and one of the best WCW tag matches of the 90's in Payne/Jack v. The Nastys. It also had one of the best "big man v. big man" matches ever with Traylor v. Vader. Guest Benjie
AJPW 7/29/93 @ Budokan Hall: Stan Hansen vs. Kenta Kobashi Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Toshiaki Kawada Yeah that is the best with the New Japan J-Cup being my second favourite with Benoit vs. Sasuke and Liger vs. Sasuke. Two different matches, but two brilliant matches as well. Misawa vs. Kawada, 7/93 is my second favourite in their series and Kobashi vs. Hansen is just too good. Its a match where I use the phrase "If you don't like this, you don't like wrestling" As far as WWE stuff, Fully Loaded 2000 with Rock vs. Benoit and Hunter vs. Jericho comes to mind. So does the Rumble in 2001 with Benoit vs. Jericho and the Rumble match itself.
Guest Real F'n Show
I agree with wildpegasus and say Sasuke/Benoit and Liger/Benoit is the best. WM X is close though with Bret/Owen and the ladder match.
Slasher
Not that it's my personal choice but I thought I'd throw out Fully Loaded 2000 for a WWE 1-2-3 punch with the triple main events.
Marty
Some others that may not be "great" but still worth mentioning: Starrcade 83: - Piper-Valentine Dog Collar Match - Flair-Race Cage WrestleMania X8 - Rock-Hogan - HHH-Jericho On both cards, the two matches were both solid, if unspectacular.
