Loss Posted September 11, 2014 Author Report Posted September 11, 2014 Last few minutes. The action here is the opposite of good, but it's the result that's important, as Rock PINS Undertaker in the biggest win of his career.
Zenjo Posted October 4, 2014 Report Posted October 4, 2014 It sure didn't take a lot of effort to turn the Rock face. It didn't take him much time to shoot up the card either. Getting a clean win over the #2 guy in the company was a big moment towards making him a credible main eventer.
soup23 Posted October 26, 2014 Report Posted October 26, 2014 I thought the action was pretty bad here and was wondering why it made it in even clipped form until Rock pinned Taker. Wow, thats a good way to show someone is getting elevated.
Migs Posted February 2, 2016 Report Posted February 2, 2016 Amazing how pinning someone with credibility enhances the credibility of the person who gets the pin. I wonder what the WWE of today might learn from this...
PeteF3 Posted August 14, 2016 Report Posted August 14, 2016 Yeah, Rock definitely should have done a clean job here and then everyone could pat themselves on the back about how Rock got over just by being in the presence of a legend. *cough* I didn't think the action here was bad at all, except for the blown first attempt at the finish. They should have changed gears and had Rock slip out of a tombstone or something after that.
