Joined in progress. The referee turns heel and won't make the count. Masato Tanaka kicks out of the 3D. Doesn't look like much of a match here. Sabu and RVD come out and attack the Dudleys and put them through a pair of tables, giving Balls and Tanaka the win and tag titles.

I couldnt be bothered with much of this but the crowd popped big for the finish. Jeff Jones turning heel should surprise no one since he has been aligned with the Dudleys. Those are some hideous referee shirts. At least RVD and Sabus stereo dives looked good and Tanaka kicking out of the 3D put him over.

This was fun but the constant moves in stereo is the kind of stuff that's a bit too cute for it's own good. Saab and Van Dam each jumping over a table was kind of amazing, though.

Felt appropriate on this day to at least see Axl Rotten hit someone with a chair.

What a bunch of overbooked horseshit. The stuff with Jeff Jones and the Japanese dictionary is material that the WWE writing staff would be ashamed to pitch. Tanaka kicking out of the 3D should be a big moment...but guess what: that Great Announcer Joey Styles fucking telegraphs it by declaring the match over, which of course gives away that the opposite will happen. If my bitching about this sounds repetitive, then Joey should probably stop doing it.
