Last few minutes. Jazz and Francine end up brawling. ECW is really starting to feel like a dying company with a lack of heat (by comparison to the usual stuff), two segments on here in a row that have people in neckbraces and the Credible push that people just aren't buying. They liberally steal moves from Austin - Douglas takes the Lou Thesz press and Credible takes the stunner. Douglas gets the win, which surprises me at this point. Lance Storm runs in and attacks Douglas after the match. He holds his own momentarily but the numbers catch up to him. Tommy Dreamer makes the save with a garbage can but he gets pelted with the Singapore cane.

This was pretty bad. No reason for Douglas to win at all. Storm runs in to attack and Douglas no sells the cane shot to the back. Loss is right about this feeling like a dying company. Even the ECW faithful in the Arena didn't seem to care.

I don't know what ECW can do but nothing feels fresh even with new guys mixed in. Douglas gets a big win here and Francine and Jazz brawl a bit. It all seems pretty played out.

Yeah, yawn city here even as Douglas and Credible clearly are trying to have a good wrestling match. ECW Arena completely lost its charm when they made it over. I want the full Bingo Hall look and that security guard guy randomly walking around back.
