Sable in the audience in a business suit. She doesn't look like Sable, which is probably why it didn't get the "holy shit" reaction.

This was always so random that she would show up for this one appearance.

I think she had a no-compete still in place and they couldn't do anything but show her in the crowd. Then either Sable or WCW lost interest.

This is basically what the planned Ric Flair appearance at Over the Edge '98 was going to be (except they were also going to publicly honor the man named Flair who'd recently won a North Carolina wrestling championship, referring to Reid, and ohbytheway Ric's sitting next to him).
