Loss Posted October 28, 2014 Author Report Posted October 28, 2014 Video package of the Austin-McMahon feud to "Hate Me Now" by Nas brings Vince out for an interview. Conan praises Vince's standard look of shock when Austin shows up is the best thing in any form of entertainment. He has a point. Vince is relaxed and in good spirits and they have a fun conversation. It's obvious Conan is a fan. Vince has a shirt to brand Andy Richter as a fan named Cheeks. Vince hypes the match at King of the Ring. He looks like the happiest guy alive. Conan asks why Vince doesn't just fire Austin and Vince says he's tried that before and it just doesn't work. He gets to talk about Ted Turner, and when Conan points out that he also has an action figure, Vince says he can imagine it takes lithium all day long. Ouch.
Tim Evans Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 Vince seems kinda nervous which is weird compared to how he is on Raw. Good interview and the Ted Turner digs are great.
soup23 Posted May 27, 2015 Report Posted May 27, 2015 Was Vince saying Conan could only be a manager a dig at Leno? Vince seemed fun and laid back and this was another example of just how mainstream the WWF was at this point.

PeteF3 Posted July 14, 2017 Report Posted July 14, 2017 This isn't really Vince's environment, but he's more relaxed here than in a lot of other talk show appearances. Of course--and I love Conan--this isn't exactly like getting grilled by Mike Wallace.
