This gimmick was too good for where WCW was at this point in time. I think pretty much any era of WWE (even now) would get far more out of this.

So this was kinda like the Hade Vansen gimmick except German? Didn't this gimmick get pushed back cause of the happened to columbine? Might have been better if it was anyone but Alex Wright.

This seemed overproduced and cheesy which is not a good sign for a first vignette. I don't really see it being as effective as the Borga stuff we are seeing in 1993.

Wright looks cool but the promo itself is just kind of thrown together by people fiddling with various buttons on their editing machines, like most WCW video packages. With a few quick shots of the Berlin Wall coming down in an attempt to tie this all together.
