He predicts that she'll drop the lawsuit and the WWF won't even have to spend any money to defend themselves. Everyone in the WWF claims that this was someone getting a big head. They transition to Vince talking about competing with Friends on Thursday nights.

Vince saying that he is going after NBC is amusing for two reasons. 1) NBC will do the XFL in just a little over a year and 2) this shows that while wrestling was still at its peak popularity wise, it was still a long way from other forms of pop culture like Friends.
